Jessica and the rest of the Habito team are excellent! I would genuinely say that they are one of the best companies I've dealt with in my entire life. Their website is excellent, it's easy to use and very reliable/clear. They've definitely managed to make the process of getting a mortgage or remortgaging as simple as it could possibly be. They even managed to get us a better deal on our remortgage with our current lender than we were offered by going direct. Jessica would provide really clear information and help answer any questions that I had. She also sends reminder messages after a few days of not hearing back, which is very helpful for someone like me who forgets to action anything that isn't unread in my inbox! I would 100% recommend them to anyone buying a house or needing to remortgage!

Habito's platform is great to use and really easy to fill out all the necessary forms etc. I had dedicated broker, Emily, who was always on hand and able to get me the latest best quote within minutes or answer questions. Unfortunately they weren't quite able to sort out a concessionary purchase mortgage for us, which we were able to do easily direct with Lloyds. It's hard to tell whether this would've actually been possible with the right know-how or whether it really is difficult to obtain this with lenders.

First time using Habito and I found the website very easy to use, our broker was very responsive and we received our mortgage offer within days of applying. I would recommend this Company to anyone looking for a mortgage/remortgage.

I could say many things about my experience with Habito, but I'll try to keep this short so it doesn't become a novel! Me and my wife always dreamed about the day we would own a house, but we never thought it would be possible. Our initial contact with Habito was based on the idea of "what if we could do it" than expecting buying a house. However, Mariam and the rest of the team at Habito made our dream come true. They didn't just solve our doubts about being able to afford the house we always wanted, but also guided us every step of the way, getting us in contact with a legal team through Habito Plus to perform all the required paperwork for us. They also followed and notified us every step of the way, always in a positive and, at times, humorous note, which we really appreciate as the process of buying your first house can appear frightening at the beginning. If it wasn't for Habito we would not have our house today, and they truly deserve five stars and a million thanks from us for what they have done to help us. Special mention to Mariam for her kindness, patience and warm personality!

Kris and team were very helpful and patient with me in a stop start process over a couple of months of changing ideas and switching properties. The website is easy to use and to upload all the necessary information. I also like the transparency of showing you all the results of the search beyond the recommendation. That allows you to see that you have been offered the best deal for you rather than the best for habito.

I'll start with saying an extra shout out to Raj, great guy, replies rapidly and has all the answers. The UI & UX of the web app is superb so congrats to the devs for making Habito what it is. I know where I'll be going when the time comes to remortgage.

Extremely good brokerage / intermediary in the mortgage process. I was very interested in ethical banking, and the team were happy to assist with this, giving me suggestions that fit with all my criteria. Some of these didn't pan out (mortgage offers rejected etc) but the team continued, making clear suggestions and analyses of the market with specific reference to the property I wanted to buy. Stuck with my until we finally secured a mortgage offer.

Fast efficient, and no need to spend ages on the phone. I've used them multiple times now and compared to other mortgage brokers it's a game changing experience. Everything is so transparent and they're always available to answer questions. I couldn't recommend them more. One massive benefit is the communication is primarily through intercom, which means you just have an ongoing chat, meaning I don't always need to reply immediately and I don't need to re-explain my whole query every time I get in touch. A big shout out to Sameer for all his work 🙌

Thank you so much to Lizzie and Dan for securing our mortgage. My partner wasn’t all that keen to use an online broker and usually prefers the in person approach for these types of matters. However from start to finish they worked tirelessly to secure our mortgage, provided regular updates and the responses to any questions were always within a few hours. We’ll be using Habito again in 2 years time for our remortgage.
