Pietro, Patricia, perfection! Having had a fabulous service from Habito five years ago on a home move, I had no hesitation using them once more. Somehow, the service this time perhaps bettered even that of last time - no mean feat. Some things that were particularly great: 1. Being assigned the same mortgage expert (Pietro) as last time 2. High levels of responsiveness. Granted, I was motivated to crack on and get a mortgage secured swiftly after an accepted offer (on June 6), but it was really telling that Pietro matched my keenness to assemble all the documentation such that everything required for the application was put together (by June 7). 3. Managing my expectations. I was told I could expect the mortgage application to be submitted within two working days - Habito delivered. Then, my case manager Patricia was similarly very responsive and really excellent at clearly telling me what to expect and then delivering in line with that with respect to updates etc. All in all, an extremely happy customer. Mortgage application commenced on June 7, mortgage offer received on June 19. Thanks Habito!

Straight forward efficient process from start to finish

A friend recommended Habito to me. After the initial setup, all correspondence was done via their chat portal/ email. It took me over 6 months to purchase my property (due to being in a chain) and from start to end the guys at Habito have been responsive and thorough in answering my queries. Very fast and efficient service, providing everything needed in an easy to use website. My adviser, Raj, processed everything brilliantly and communicated well throughout my remortgaging process, spotting inaccuracies and inconsistencies in my application and helped to correct them quickly; recommending a mortgage that gave good value and met all my needs.

So simple and very easy to use

While the mortgage deal we applied for through Habito was a few hundred pounds more expensive than the one we could've gotten from a lender directly, it was worth the cost for the peace of mind. The process was really quick and simple - we just had to fill a few forms online. Our mortgage advisor Sameer is very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right product for our circumstances.
