I have never used Warran evans before and am a first time customer. I was so pleasantly surprised. The customer service has been excellent. There is a wonderful lady called Merve dealing with queries on behalf of the company, and she was incredible. She was professional, understanding and super helpful! The process from order was fantastic. Their trial process is a genuine trial and is fuss free, unlike other companies. They honour their promises to you and really do listen.

Info on website clear, and pleased to then talk to real people. Call answered quickly, Jade knows the products, was very helpful. I was happy to order on phone, rang back with CC and she had already opened account with my needs. All very smooth.

I was over the moon to get an email to hear Warren Evans was 'back in business'. I've had two beds with mattresses before and the quality and look and comfort of both is just outstanding. My last bed is still just super, the beds really bring your bedroom to life and really make you want to go to bed ! I was holding off getting a new mattress as just didn't really know where else to go for such great quality so was pleased to find out I could again return for a replacement. I've never experienced customer service like this anywhere else either. From start to finish of discussing which would suit best and to how to replace - mine is a Super King so may be awkward to get into your place and again, such helpful and also very quick responses on how best could be done. Honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere else for a bed or mattress. I'm so chuffed I found this company many, many years ago. I thoroughly highly recommend using this business, they really care about you and your sleep and you will not be disappointed !

An old lady with severe arthritis and sleeping problems , but with high demands on style , materials and green issues needs a special bed ! This is what Dawid , my sales assistant at Warren Evans helped me to find today . He was very professional, polite and friendly and took his time to make me feel comfortable and patiently asked me many questions to explore my needs. He then provided expert guidance on selections and customization options to match my needs and gave me the time to try out different beds and mattresses . At no point was I pushed into going into a certain direction , instead I was informed of all options and was allowed to reach my own informed decision tailored to my needs. I cannot praise Dawid enough and Warren Evans should be congratulated to have such amazing staff ! 10/10 experience! After reading many excellent reviews decided to pop down to the Warren Evans showroom & test out some mattresses myself. Dawid was super gracious, knowledgeable and helped me make the decision that was totally perfect for my needs as a pregnant side sleeper with back sleeping partner. The Organic 6000 mattress is affordable luxury and I think a good night’s sleep is 100% worth investing in. Love that it’s all handmade to order with organic materials, feel very lucky and can’t wait for our new mattress! New Warren Evans fan here. 😘

Just visited Warren Evans showroom in N11. Had a fabulous chat with Jade who patiently and very professionally listened to what we were looking for. We purchased a bed and mattress which will be delivered in a few weeks. Very happy we took the time to drive to the showroom. The bed we finally bought was different to what we had originally seen. Really grateful for Jades knowledge as it helped us choose the bed that was right for us.
