My previous bedd came from Warren Evans, this one is so good for reading and watching t.v. it supports the back, it makes it easier to make the bed and so comfortable for my back. I haven't had such a good night's sleep in a long time. It is so smart it makes my bedroom look like an expensive hotel room. There service and curtesy is 5 star. Next year they are going to make completely different beds and l shall get my new one from them to replace there original one. Fantastic quality.

Excellent right from the virtual visit to show room, helpful advice, product info and support from the staff - including Warren himself - and through to the most courteous and careful delivery/assembly crew we've ever known. We first had the Organic 6000 mattress but after a few weeks we decided it was a bit too firm for our ageing bones. No problem, thanks to the 40-night free trial! True to their word, a couple of weeks later Warren Evans delivered a medium firm replacement mattress without any quiblle at all! Lovely comfortable mattress and simply great customer service. Absolutely no hesitation recommending Warren Evans Beds.

United Kingdom | 29 September 2021There isn't a single really firm mattress in the current offer. If you suffer from back pain, look somewhere else. I bought a Harmony mattress from WE some years ago and only replaced it due to some mould, otherwise it was still a great mattress. I really miss it; the one I have purchased recently is nowhere near and I'm suffering again.

I had a lot of questions, having had a really rubbish old bed that broke, and I was video called by the team so I could view the beds remotely and they were so helpful. Then they managed to get the bed to us earlier than anticipated so we could have it before we went on holiday, and the team who came to assemble it were the nicest most professional people! Really good Covid safety too. Having had it for a few weeks now, it’s made our memory foam mattress even more comfortable as it’s such a good firm base. It’s like sleeping in a luxury hotel bed! The space saving design is also excellent and the quality is beautiful. Really pleased we splashed out - we have the king size Sunday bed.

United Kingdom | 15 July 2021I ordered a bed and mattress..7 day lead-time. Delivered, fitted and old mattress taken away. I hadn't considered the height when ordering so I was able to change the bed and difference was refunded. It was explained that would be the only and final change I would be permitted. Chris, Frank and the fitters are fantastic and the quality of bed and mattress is outstanding. They replaced my 10 year old bed and mattress from Warren Evans.. no hesitation in recommending them.

United Kingdom | 07 July 2021I hate big purchases. I do a lot of research but still worry in case I’ve chosen poorly. This year I trialed a foam mattress which was beautifully comfortable but it had a strong chemical smell and didn’t allow for good temperature regulation. Not a good mattress for summers. After listening to me complain about not knowing what to buy, a family member told me about Warren Evans, saying their bed and mattress (bought 8 years ago) was still performing well for them. I had a look and ended up buying the Organic 6000. Delivery experience was good, but the mattress was initially much firmer than I expected. I got attentive, helpful customer service when calling for advice. After rotating and flipping, the mattress has settled, becoming much more comfortable. It’s a deep mattress, which has a dependable and solid feel to it. I like that it’s organic and that it’s U.K. manufactured. It feels as though it’s going to have durability and it’s certainly outperformed the foam mattress for heat circulation and lacking that chemical smell.

United Kingdom | 19 May 2021I bought a bed from Warren Evans with a 10 year guarantee. The bed frame split after 5 years. They refused to replace or repair the part that broke. They don’t honour their Gurantee. Don’t buy a bed from them. Very disappointing.

United Kingdom | 25 April 2021My £800 plus mattress arrived dirty with stains and smears in several places. Warren Evans blamed the courier however the staining was underneath the plastic packaging and cardboard corners so this was disingenuous. I am so disappointed by Warren Evans. I have bought many beds and mattresses from them over the years but this time they have given me a stained mattress then failed to take responsibility. I cannot understand such a poor response from such a reputable company.

United Kingdom | 21 April 2021This was my first Warren Evans purchase, but won't be my last - great people to deal with, and they were so accommodating to my ever-changing delivery date to coincide with a house move. They even delivered the bed on a date they wouldn't usually deliver to my area to make sure I didn't go without a bed for the night. The chaps who delivered and assembled the bed were so polite, and they completed the task in about 15 minutes, which was very impressive! Plus the bed is fantastic quality (the pictures online don't do it justice - watch their videos instead!) Would absolutely recommend Warren Evans!

United Kingdom | 30 January 2021If I could zero star this company I would. We have had an awful experience with Warren Evans. We approached them in summer last year when we were looking to replace our old mattress. We were offered a good deal and, what appeared on the face of it, to be a good quality product compared to high street chain stores. However, the mattress we selected exacerbated my partner's back problems and we asked to exchange the mattress. The salesman recommended another mattress they had available after we explained the issues we were having. We were advised poorly to say the least as this mattress made matters even worse. My partner could not sleep. We negotiated a second and final exchange and are still no better off for that. We were charged a high amount for the second exchange and they kept us waiting with their response as well, which added stress and upset to our ongoing discomfort. We have now paid triple the cost of the original mattress we purchased and my partner is still in pain and suffering from both anxiety and disrupted sleep. Whatever construction methods are used by this company clearly do not end in a mattress that is as beneficial and superior as they claim it to be. We should know - we have tried three of them now! The amount of money we have spent on their three mattresses could have bought us a single high-end memory foam mattress from a high street chain! I cannot recommend Warren Evans as a customer they have completely failed to satisfy in all respects. In this case, do not support your local small business - go to the high street instead where you will get better terms and conditions and protection from the disappointment we have gone through.

United Kingdom | 13 January 2021We bought an ottoman bed recently from Warren Evans and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The answered all our questions on the phone and then even dropped some fabric samples through our letter box on their way home that evening so we could still purchase before the sale ended and choose a colour during these pandemic times. The bed itself is very well made and feels solid. The finish is great and we are delighted with the overall look. The bed arrived in parts and was put together by Warren Evans delivery team. Who were covid safe and really friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble, despite my chopping and changing my mind on the height of the headboard. They were patient and helpful, cutting the headboard on site and moving the position of bed multiple times. Both my partner and I commented after they left how lucky Warren Evans are to have such warm and conscientious staff. Really can't recommend this company enough. This is the second bed I have bought from them and I will continue to do so in the future should we need more furniture.

United Kingdom | 01 January 2021Worst mattress I have ever slept on. Bought the Natural 135 Bonnell spring. Originally booked to return the mattress within the 40 days then stupidly decided to try it for longer in case things improved, but they haven’t and I dread going to sleep every night. What I presume is the wool content (it feels like sleeping on a layer of thick animal hair) must be just under the top fabric layer and creates an insulating effect that is inescapably hot and uncomfortable. This is actually the worst feature making me toss and turn all night. It feels like sleeping directly on several thick wool or animal hair blankets. In addition there is no discernible support layer. The springs must be present but they fail to do their job, with the result that the mattress surface is utterly lacking in any kind of support, dotted with varying zones of depth/ support. I am still amazed at this as it points to such deficient design. All in all an absolute waste of money

United Kingdom | 30 December 2020Warren Evans went into administration in 2018, I purchased 3 new mattresses under a 5 year guarantee, all 3 mattresses developed a fault, but I couldn't get the mattresses replaced by Warren Evans because they shut down, had to contact my bank for a refund instead, but now 3 years later Warren Evans are open again??????? Under the same name??????? That is seriously dishonest Warren Evans, and your mattresses are certainly NOT the highest quality, they developed a fault after only 6 months!!!!!

United Kingdom | 28 December 2020I must start by asking you to read the 5* review I have just written about another UK company. Good service does exist but, sadly it isn’t consistent with Warren Evans. I bought an Organic 6000 ziplink mattress from them, their “top of the range” for “maximum comfort” per their site. They have a 40 day guarantee so I thought that there was nothing to lose. As it turns out the mattress was so unbelievably firm for me that I was unable to sleep because I developed excruciating hip pain which I’ve never experienced before. I phoned them to exchange it. You cannot speak to anyone in person, they call you back, but Frank seemed very helpful suggesting they send me a free mattress topper (either a feather one which needs plumping every day or a foam one which completely defeats the object of an organic mattress) so I said I’d like to go ahead with the exchange which was done very quickly to a Natural 2000 ziplink. I was unaware I could only exchange the mattress once as part of the guarantee, as Frank didn’t mention it (and I honestly wouldn’t have expected to need to do a second exchange in any case) but I did explain about my back problem being caused by the first mattress and gave Frank my weight and height as asked. This second mattress was definitely softer but it quickly became apparent that my hip was dipping down into the ziplink area of the bed which has no support so my pelvis was badly twisted. I have contacted Warren Evans to explain that the ziplink feature on a Kingsize mattress effectively means me sleeping on a two foot six wide mattress (narrower than a single!) and that it wasn’t made clear to me on the phone that the tension would only be in the central panel of the narrow mattress, meaning there would be absolutely no support in the centre. I have been trying to perch on the outer edge of the mattress which isn’t safe and certainly isn’t comfortable. I first contacted them on 6th December about the second mattress, explaining in writing to Frank that I was in agony and not sleeping at all. I was then passed to Marcin and then regular communication from them stopped on 14th. The last note I received from Marcin said, “I am just tied up till end of day but I will reach out to you tomorrow as a priority. I hope thats ok.” I said it was but I have since heard nothing, despite me emailing them three times. In the interim I received a generic email from them asking me to share my experience on social media and, again, I emailed them to say that I should imagine they would prefer I not do this right now but, again, nothing. It pains me to have to write this and I expect it’s quite painful for the reader too but I wanted to let you know that Warren Evans’ promise on their site of “a perfect sleep for everyone” and “Warren Evans cares about the environment, the customer and the craftsmanship of his beds” does not ring true. In his small print he does say “An adult wouldn’t want to sleep on a small single mattress (75cm wide) for very long“ which is what I’ve been expected to do. And finally, two quotes taken directly from the website, I couldn’t put this better myself: “When making a purchase make sure you consider reputation of the retailer. will they deliver on the promises they make at the point of sale?”; and “Look into the retailers returns process and chose one that will work on your terms and won’t leave you out of pocket for just trying to get rid of what isn’t right for you. Isn't that the best kind of service not to need?”

Delivery bang on estimated time with call 30 mins before. Delivery of new mattress and old mattress taken away in quick and covid safe time. Nephew very pleased as very comfortable indeed.

United Kingdom | 07 July 2020Excellent customer service received from Chris and Warren. One of the gas lifts on a bed that I’d bought a few years from Warren Evans broke. It was a long shot but phoned during lockdown to see if they could order a replacement in for me. Chris took my details and said they’d contact the manufacturer, he wasn’t sure if they’d be able to supply one. I shortly received a phone call to say Warren had found one in their workshop!! Chris promptly posted it out to me free of charge. Most grateful as we again have a working bed. Thank you!!
