I was so sorry to hear that Warren Evans went into administration on 6 February. I have purchased mattresses and beds from the Clapham Junction shop several times over the years and I always find their customer service fabulous. Plus, they stock a great range of beds.

The service on the shop was 110% and delivery service was excellent... the men went way over expectations and I would highly recommend the beds and service.

Unfortunately the bed and mattress I was sold by Warren Evans in Guildford didn't actually fit - i know its strange but once the bed was delivered and mattress squashed onto it I immediately raised my concern with the Guildford store. I was then told that some bed and mattress combinations do not work!! I was then offered another bed and new mattress of my choosing and a small good will gesture. The next day the manager called to say they couldn't honour the good will gesture!!! I was shocked and appalled and told him so at which point he conceded that I could have the agreed good will gesture. 3 weeks later new bed and mattress arrived - bed was fine but mattress damaged according to the delivery driver but he didnt show me as it never came out of the van. They have left the old one which was squashed onto a bed for 3 weeks. I have emailed store and no response so can only think it was their intention to leave me with the original mattress. Very poor quality beds and matts and exceptionally poor customer service

We have been buying various beds and mattresses from Warren Evans for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. The beds are excellently crafted and lasted seemingly forever - as a matter of fact we only changed them because we wanted a different style or size. All of the mattresses are extremely comfortable, whatever your preference. The showrooms are a well set up and a joy to visit, staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I ordered a double bed and mattress to be delivered and set up. The whole process, from ordering to arranging delivery went very well. The delivery team were fine and the bed was put together with no problem and no mess left behind. The bed is very nice, just as described. Really pleased with everything.

Don’t use, they have gone into administration!

I ordered a matress and bed from Warren Evans. When delivered the bed was assembled incorrectly (although I was told at the time it was faulty). It took two further visits to resolve the matter, which ended up in a whole new bed. The matter was not prioritised at all despite it being the company's fault and it took two months to resolve. Whilst this was going on I was left with two bed ends propped up in my bedroom. Coupled with unhelpful customer services on the telephone, the experience was disappointing given the price paid.

Great help in the show room. Lots of time given to me. Brilliant delivery people who made the bed in what felt like seconds I love my new bed!

Very pleased with the bed

This is our second bed from Warren Evans and both beds have been absolutely fantastic. Great quality and people always comment on how nice they are. The service we received from WE is also excellent from the people in the showroom to the men that assembled the bed for us, all are professional, helpful, personable and considerate of our needs/wants. If we ever need to buy another bed it will definitely be from Warren Evans, I thoroughly recommend.
