Great company. In store staff knew their products and were really helpful. Delivery on time - exactly when they said they'd deliver - and delivery men great too.

THIS COMPANY IS IN LIQUIDATION - I CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW PEOPLE ARE STILL WRITING POSITIVE REVIEWS!! I paid £417 for a bed in January and received an email on Saturday to say they had cancelled the order and I would need to speak to PayPal to get a refund.

I have ordered multiple items of bedroom furniture from Warren Evans over the past few years. The products are very good value for the quality, with a great range of finishes and styles. It's ideal if you want expensive looking solid wood quality furniture if you don't want to pay the premium for actual solid wood. The build quality is also very solid on all items I have purchased. Product turnaround and delivery are both excellent. They are very good when it comes to communication about the expected delivery date and time, furniture is assembled very quickly on-site if necessary and it's free! Each time I have purchased from Warren Evans I've also been able to get a good discount when buying multiple items and for being a return customer. Customer satisfaction seems to be a genuine priority of Warren Evans and this is reflected in the quality of the goods and service that they provide.

We love Warren Evans and their products! The drawer did come with a little notch in it which was a shame but it seems ok so far...

I have just purchased my second bed from Warren Evans and it is fantastic well made, great looking and made in London! The service in the showroom and the technicians who moved and setup the bed was second to none.

Bought a bed, bed side cabinets, dressing table and small side table 18 months ago. Website and show rooms are great. Unfortunately the wood is very soft cheap pine; the wood on the underside of the bed has bent considerably. This side cabinets and dressing table also pick up dents and scratches very easily. Spoke to Warren Evans and was told the wood used on their beds doesn't bend (despite me sending photos showing that it had) and that I must be using the bed wrong. Spent about £150 buying new wood and repairing the bed myself.

Bought 3 beds from them. Great quality product: nice design yet very sturdy. Showroom assistants were very helpful.

Fantastic bed, mattress and wonderful service.

Went to the at Albans store. Help given when needed and no pushy sales pitch. Result. Bought one of the 'floating' beds. Great delivery and bed assembled within 15mins. I have a really bad back and the bed I bought from them is HEAVEN so went back to buy one for my 80 Mum. Yet to try it out on her. Looks great though.

Amazing bed and mattress. Fantastic quality and great customer service in the store. Delivery drivers were great also put the bed together up in my first floor flat no problem and called to confirm time before arriving. Love my Warren Evans bed!

Excellent quality product, extremely comfy mattress and quick delivery. The service after ordering and prior to delivery was excellent and the bed was assembled quickly and accurately and all packaging was removed also. I would highly recommend.
