Excellent service in-store but the product let me down. The hardboard lining for the storage area was cut too small and I have had to wait weeks for a replacement. As it has not been delivered yet, I don't know if this will be a fix or not. Also one leg is full of knots and looks totally different to the other leg, but I don't want additional delays to replace it.

I used Warren Evans three times and every time I was a satisfied customer, from sale to delivery and assembly. I will definitely use them again.

We had brilliant service from start to finish. Placing the order was straightforward and simple. Kat and team at Croydon were brilliant when we needed to change our delivery date because of a home emergency. The delivery guys were friendly, efficient and professional. Highly recommend Warren Evans in Croydon.

Excellent customer service, one of the panels got slight damage during delivery and fitting. W called Customer services, they arranged for a replacement to be delivered and fitted. Good sturdy base and good Willy mattress. All in all good value and service.

We were repeat customers and again everyone we dealt with, in the Brighton shop, by telephone and the men who delivered the bed, were helpful, polite and did what they said they would do. The new bed is great too!

Even though me and my mum ordered on two separate orders both beds came at the same tome and my mattress is so comfy it’s a struggle having to leave it in the morning. Thank you for the quick and easy ordering process we both appreciate it very much :)

Absolute top service!

Gorgeous bed! We bought the Trinity bed and memory foam mattress, and it’s ths best bed we’ve ever had. Absolutely gorgeous, beautifully made and I love that they're locally made. We visited the Camden showroom, placed our order online and everything was easy and fuss free. Delivery was well managed with a time slot and 2 blokes who had it all assembled very quickly. We will order all our beds from here!

The browsing and ordering process was easy and very pleasant. Staff was generally very helpful. My main gripe is that no warning was given to me that the size / type of mattress I ordered might encounter potential logistical issues during delivery - I was not told the mattress I ordered should not be bent during delivery (which would have been necessary given the size of it versus the stairwell height). As a result I have had to cancel the original mattress, reorder a new one and wait a further 3 weeks for delivery of it. All this could have been avoided if proper advice was given at the purchase stage. However staff was very apologetic about their oversight.

Great range of products. Very helpful staff. Neat, tidy modern displays. Good value. Excellent service. Take away your old mattress although there is a charge for this service. £20 per mattress.

Excellent most impressed with our new bed and the service from start to finish

I have bought 3 beds from Warren Evans over the years and all have been great and my latest purchase is no exception. Beautifully made and provide an excellent night's sleep. Also fantasticly efficient delivery service. I would always choose to go to Warren Evans first when looking for a new bed.

We found Warren Evens after having tried some of the larger well-known chains you see on TV. We were pretty disappointed by their products and staff. The showroom staff were really helpful and very friendly. We loved the wide selection of options available in all their ranges. The delivery guys were great and really professional. Would recommend Warren Evens to anyone looking to buy bedroom furniture.
