I’ve been a Warren Evans loyalist for over 10 years now. From the very first bed that we bought as a family to a bed for my 8 year old now, I rate the quality of these beds very highly! Worth noting that these frames have survived 3 house moves for us.

A bed for my granddaughter arrived this morning - received a call at 6.55am to confirm they were on their way and would be here within 40mins. Bed had been assembled and the guys had left by 7.33am. So efficient and professional. Great bed too!

I had a very positive experience trying the mattresses in the showroom. Gul was very helpful - she was extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses/materials and exactly how each would work for my frame/sleeping position/preferences. It really helped with the selection process.

Bought a mattress and after a one night sleep we wanted to return the mattress because it did not suit us. I have asked for a return and refund but I have not got any response so far, although a response was promised within 2 working days. Have e-mailed 3 times so far - no response. Very disappointing. Update1: After having left the review on trustpilot, I was contacted by phone and warrenevans apologized several times for not responding. We arranged a collection of the mattress and everything worked fine then, including the refund within a few days. Summary: The mattress had a nice cotton surface and a pleasant look, but the firm organic 1200 wasn't firm enough for me. When I wanted to return the mattress, there was no response for more than 10 days which caused me lots of stress and only after the review on trustpilot everything went smoothly again.

While the service was fantastic the product is not up to past standards. We have a number of Warren Evans beds that we’ve had for many years that are all made with solid wood. Our recent double bed purchase the headboard is sub-standard and not the solid wood like the rest of the structure. Also doesn’t quite come to either edge of the bed (like previous models). It still looks good but won’t stand the rest of time like the older models.

Helpful, responsive and efficient

We came from the other side of London to try out the mattresses we had seen online in person. We were greeted by a very lovely young man, Dawid. He listened to our needs and expectations and proceeded to guide us through the showroom. It’s a beautiful showroom and we tried lots of beds and found Dawid to be very knowledgeable and patient. We ended up buying both a mattress and a bed frame and got a really good deal. We’re very happy with the advice and friendliness we experienced in the showroom and left convinced that Warren Evans beds are of a high quality. We can’t wait to receive our new bed.
