Slow Process To Get Started and Didn't Seem to Listen We asked for an annual payment to limit hassle and to get the discounted rate. Our rep called to take this payment (took our credit card number) and apparently did not run the card and set us up on a monthly premium. We signed up on 5/11/2022 and was not sent our proof of insurance until 6/6/2022 after requesting it multiple times.
