I received a call back from Zack Airhart and I gave him the information he needed and Zack got right back to me with a quote, which was a better value than what I had had for many years with the same company. United States | 16 April 2022We have unfortunately had fraud on our bank account several times, and so we have implemented several controls, that our bank offers, including ACH Debit Block. We went to Pie Insurance and asked for their information to get them setup, but they refused and said they work with Chase all the time. We told them we needed the number for them to be authorized, but we could try processing the payment anyways. We did process the payment and it was of course blocked by the ACH Debit Block control. We notified Pie Insurance of this, and Marshe W. Then insisted that it wasn’t Chase it was us that blocked the transaction? It is incredibly insulting to be called a liar, especially when we tried everything we could to prevent this rejection from happening, and if there is anyone that you would expect to be on your side in preventing you from having fraud against your company it should be your Insurance company. Please get your billing people trained on how these bank fraud prevention programs work and how customer service should work. I might be a jerk, but I’m not a liar, as Marshe insinuates.
