AVA Of Norway P80 Jet Washer..Worst Thing Iv Ever Bought!! Stay Clear, Save Your Money Look For An Alternative Brand!!!! I have had nothing but problems with the jet washer it has been sent off for components to be swapped inside and it still came back with a completely different fault after being ‘vigorously tested’ by their workshop department! AVA are extremely hard to get hold of quickly, you have to email them and wait 2-3 days for a reply. Im now nearly 5-6 months into owning this and still have a faulty jet washer. Customer service is very poor & they seem to make you feel like you have done something wrong rather than taking responsibility for having a poor manufactured product. I just wish i had looked them up properly & read all the other reviews about them before parting with £500. I am asking now for a full refund! Very disappointing, angry and frustrated at this product and their team. Still waiting for them to get back to me with a reply from my email..

Nach kurzer Zeit hatte ich mit dem Gerät Probleme,wir haben viele Emails geschrieben jedoch ohne erfolg.Es dauerte 3 bis 4 Tage bis eine Antwort kam.Ich sollte das Gerät deswegen einschicken wo die Firma das machen sollte, das war ein absoluter Schwachsinn.Die Räder haben viebriert als würde ich in einem Schotter denn Dampfstrahler bewegen.Meine bitte war zwei neue wo ich es bezahlen möchte nich mal das gaben die hinbekommen

The replacement extendable lance was shipped and delivered really fast. What is concerning is the fact that the original lance broke after not many hours of use, but that is not within the scope of this review.

The Evo p60 is a beast. comparative to a commercial washer. quieter than expected and solidly built. bad points were that using DPD (which you have no choice about) as usual is a massive ball ache as the only way i could get my product was to authorise them to drop the package unsecured on my driveway as they don't allow leaving with a neighbour. With the washer there was a minor defect, on arrival the plug was crushed. So while I now find that the washer works fine, I had to replace the plug. This wasn't really a big deal. Ava gave me a partial refund for my trouble, which was entirely reasonable. The machine looks really well made. just a pity quality control on that plug was overlooked, but probably an anomaly and probably only relates to my machine. The important thing is the machine works well and is worth the money. It was a bit of a game finding a customer service contact on the website and no txt chat, which is a bit different in this day and age, however once i did find the customer service contact details and emailed them via email they were really helpful and answered promptly. I bought the machine for car cleaning and patios, windows. In my opinion i don't think most people need the extra power of the P70 or P80 as the pressure on this machine is more than adequate. The only accessories i would buy in addition for car washing are the mop head and several replacement covers as you do need to agitate the surface after the snow foam to lift off the persistent dirt. these were an extra £50 but worth it.

It should be unnecessary to repair a unit after only two seasons of minimum use. To the price you can almost wonder if it is better to go up to the professional segment and not have these issues.

This is a great piece of kit there is a few things that could be better for such an expensive and top of the range pressure washer, the hose should be longer as I find myself having to stretch it out when washing my car, the hose reel gets jammed I have to guide the hose in to get it back in fully , the cord has no place for it and just dangles once I have gathered it up I personally bought the limited edition and when I realised I have received a standard snow foam cannon I was very disappointed all in all a good piece of kit but unfortunately these things mentioned let's it down also would be nice if there was a phone number on which we could get in contact with ava of norway

Fast efficient delivery and the washer is something else. The quality compared to the Nilfisk, Karcher and Titan washers I have had in the past is night and day. Everything feels solid, easy to use and there are some nice touches like being able to lock the lance, accessories in place that elevate it above anything else on the market. Will be back again for more accessories.
