The extending lance had a leak. Raised a ticket with no issues and a new one was posted. This arrived promptly and I am up and running again. Thank you for a trouble free warranty claim on the failed part.

Second update having now used it. It takes a little time to get used to it and to be honest I got soaked getting it ready and working on the caravan. But wow what a result and makes it so easy to use. Following day I contunued with the caravan and hardly got wet this time. Being able to control the flow really helps including turning it off to wash round the caravan windows when they are open. All I did was put a caravan wash in the cup, add water then use it through the snow cannon and wow, instant Xmas caravan. Again so easy to use, I even washed the windows on the front of our bungalow including soffits and fascias with the same wash I made up and I could not believe how quick it took me to do the front. This Easy P57 is going to make things so much easier and quicker for me around our home. No regrets at all I have even recommended it to my son.

Having issues with P60 turbo nozzle, have tried following AVA's repair tips but havent worked, I'd happily buy a replacement but have scoured the internet and can't find one that isn't part of a bundle, my frustration is with how difficult it is to actually make contact with AVA, constantly sent back to the troubleshooting form, so frustrating! Gotta be honest, had high hopes for AVA but the difficulty in making contact, and the difficulty in sourcing spare parts, probably means I'll be switching to something else in the future

Love my ava smart p60 had a problem after owning for just over a year. i use it pretty much every weekend looking after 4 cars in the house hold. Got in contact and the communication was great. The mechine is easy to work on so i didnt have to worry about sending back and waiting about. New part sent out under warranty after me and the ava team worked out faulty part mechine all working well again in a very short time Very good company to deal with

UPDATE> after my initial review was published Support reached out, explained and apologised. Once the systems glitch was resolved all the items arrived. I have since placed another order which arrived next day with no issues. the products are good and the staff helpful, maybe their systems need improvement. Original> After the order was confirmed there was no further messages or way of monitoring progress for a week. Then my bank told me the order had been cancelled at the seller end. I received no further info.
