I was impressed with the quality and performance of the pressure washer - stands up to reviews I’ve read. Only one thing to mention - I had to look up on ‘you tube’ more instruction on inserting the staple like pin into the extending hose - it does not ‘tap in’ easily and took a rubber mallet and chock to whack it in situ - I feel this needs to be illustrated in the set up guides Once assembled however this is a powerful bit of kit and performs very well Would definitely recommend

Customer service were very helpful and quick to send me a missing part from my pressure washer. The build quality of my Ava Go P40 is excellent and a pleasure to use. I later ordered an Ava premium foam cannon which is again excellent in build and use. I thoroughly recommend Ava to anyone looking for high quality and service.

Excellent product and service

20 year warranty just means fix it yourself. Very poor customer service, took nearly 2 weeks just to get to the fix it yourself stage. Machine is less than 12 months old, should be a straight replacement not repair.

Fantastic to use, very powerful and quieter than I was expecting. Only one thing to complain about are the operating instructions.

I purchased an angled Lance to use on the car to get underneath and into the wheel arch. ,I have just used it for the first time and it did the job very well. Well worth the money.

You should consider supplying the p30-p80 l litre cups with the p57 pressure washer as the premium foam cannon supplied cup does not contain enough product to foam an suv car

Purchased the AVA P60 master and bundle. Aslo Purchased the telescopic lance. First impressions of my products were very impressive looking. However I've heard reports that these pressure washers are prone to blowing fuses and this was sadly the case for me too. Got everything out of the box and set everything up,plugged into a 10m extension lead and turned on,one pull of the trigger and 1st blown fuse. Ok new 5m extension lead new fuse same result 2nd blown fuse. Went out and purchased another extension lead costing me £40,plugged in and plugged the trigger and blown fuse number 3,couldn't understand it. I read the instructions not to go over a 20m extension lead. I inserted another fuse for the last time and it worked (done nothing different) So for this experience alone i give it 0 stars out ot 5. I couldn't imagine anyone having to deal with problems like this with a new pressure washer, I've had loads over the years and never came across a problem like this before. I was considering sending it back( might still) The pressure washer it's self when finally working was very good. The telescopic lance is fantastic. The snow foam bottle had a damaged thread and kept falling off,not impressed at all with the snow foam bottle,as most people have said. Thought about buying the updated version but i think I've spent enough money for now. The patio cleaner was ok not great, struggled getting little bits of moss off the driveway,it just about cleaned up the driveway leaving moss. I would give this a solid 5 out of 5 if not for the fuse problems. Will be returning this if it happens again. However I'm happy to keep it and upgrade accessories if all goes well.

A great power washer but the hose rubber o ring shredded on its third use causing leaks. It’s a small size so I asked them to send a replacement. They wanted to know where and when purchased, then they asked for serial numbers etc. I just went ahead and ordered their spare replacement kit which included several items I didn’t want or need. The kit included a small bag with a few of the o rings. Can’t understand why they couldn’t have sent them separately. Hope I don’t have to contact them again, disappointed.

Delivered next day, great service upto now. Machine is very sturdy, well build and feels the part. Have used the machine several times and is the most powerful jetwash I have ever used. So upto now, very pleased with my purchase.
