So far. 5 stars.. ordered the Ava smart p50 last weekend. It was with me on Tuesday which was amazing. I have not yet used the pressure washer so cannot comment but the item is now built and everything seems to be very solid and well made and designed. (It looks very nice for a pressure washer) I'm new to Ava so if I do need the customer service a little later I hope to have a good experience.

I followed a link sent by my son, for his Christmas present. Rather unfortunate that most items were out of stock. It was also somewhat irritating that I had to go back each time, to the links, to find another item. Often on websites, associated items are shown at the bottom of the page, which would have been helpful as I wasn’t very sure what I was looking at or how the accessories related to each other. Delivery was quick, but arrived unexpectedly as no advance information was given.

Easy to use website and super quick delivery

Delivered as ordered. The machine is powerful and has sophisticated details. After the first use I am very excited.

Though I was disappointed with the supply of accessories there’s no doubt that the items I ordered and am now using are excellent so in all fairness my review should reflect that. I am very happy with my purchase and have since sourced an extension hose (which happens to be an Ava product) from another supplier so all is well. The numerous reviews on Utube were accurate and informed my decision and I have no regrets.

I’m disappointed that I can only give 3 stars.. I had a simple malfunction of the washer gun and tried to find a solution on the spares site but nothing.. so then tried to order a new replacement gun.. no stock.. after hours of research randomly found a “faq” tag line and a link that took me to the part ( upgraded so no future problems hopefully) and ordered two .. Really easy and fast delivery and a great price.. but why oh why isn’t it on the main service / spares list If it had have been easier it would have been 5stars
