Avoid this hose not worth the money tried it out for first time doing my cars & male or female connection blew off hose jet wash gun soon as turned water on waiting to hear back from costumer Servies to resolve this problem

Brilliant quality and design. BUT you are lacking in innovation. I've had my pressure washer now for nearly a year. I've bought accessories but for months now you have absolutely nothing new. I want to buy more items from you so it's really very disappointing you are not innovating and releasing regular new products for us to buy.

I recently purchased a pressure washer directly from AVA. Out of the box it was faulty, I followed the AI troubleshooting guide but still not working. I contacted AVA directly via their support email and received a very quick response. "Old" one collected at a location and date of my choice then "new" one sent out. No fuss, no drama, no " have you tried this?" or "are you sure?". Pressure washer is fantastic, solid, well designed, performs better than my previous machines and works with the end user in mind. Outstanding customer service from Christopher and Eirin both friendly and efficient and I can't thank them enough!!

Outstanding service and support. The trigger handle on my AVA Go was leaking. I went online and was not hopeful as it is over 2.5yrs old. Within 5 minutes on the online support and I was sent a replacement absolutely free. I will never buy a different brand again. I also learned that if I purchase a service kit after 5 yrs and my machine is guaranteed for 10yrs! Fantastic.

Wow what can I say . Amazing service ordered it one day after doing some research and it arrived the next day . I’m well pleased with it, has so much power and is very quiet . I love it so far .

I brought the Ava p55 which came with the large accessories bundle what an amazing product, I normally use the yellow rival have to drag it around the car falls over power hose kinks up then break and leaks, with the Ava I can leave the base unit in one place 8 metre hose cable I can go all around the car without kinks and the power is a lot more impressive.

Good service but the tracking number they provide don’t work

Just got a Ava p70 pressure wash only used it a couple of times up to now but it’s the best washer I’ve used , really powerful and sturdy customer service very helpful, would definitely recommend them. Unbelievable warranty as well.

I ordered this part@ an unwanted additional cost because my promised x3 day delivery off replacements off faulty gun and lance that should have been with me in x2 days have still not arrived and Im still without a pressure washer which is now adding to x3 weeks / surly this is enough time to recieve promised replavrment Items . This is very poor customer service has no follow up emails havr not been sent to even confirm if All is ok . So untill this is recyified my honest x1 star review will remain in place .

Order was missing torx tools that are critical parts to service the P70. Customer services have said that they would send replacements, but it should have been checked before being sent in the first place. The cardboard box used for the parcel was also pretty flimsy for a fairly heavy part and ended up tearing.
