PREPARED HERO product and customer service are both A+ I can tell you my family members were thrilled with their fire blanket! We all agreed we pray we never have to use it, but the peace of mind it brings is everything. Thank you again Prepared Hero! I would absolutely do business with you again.

The order came in as ordered, I gave many of them as gifts and got great remarks. Great gift idea! I haven't had the opportunity to use one yet (happy about that) but I feel better and safer knowing that they are nearby if needed!

Got my order

I was hopeful for this product but was so disappointed. I ordered this on 12/15/24 for Christmas presents for the family. After a week of not seeing any tracking information, I emailed. I then emailed 3-4 more times with NO response. Finally I located a phone number on line and they said sorry, they had so much demand. I told her maybe you should check your email, since I had no response. She then emailed me and promised it would arrive prior to December 24. I emailed again a few times asking for any updates, again with NO response and clearly it didn't arrive before the 24th. I ended up calling my bank and cancelled the order, since I couldn't get a response from the company. Finally, I hear from them that they cancelled the order due to a dispute from my bank. So, clearly it still was never shipped in the first place, and I guess it took a dispute before anyone checked the emails. Very disappointed.

Ordered blankets on the 3rd with guaranteed delivery before the 24th. Have yet to receive the blankets. Numerous emails sent and nothing but the template reply and they keep sending me order info for my other order and not the one I explicitly am asking about. It is like they are not reading the emails. Prepared Hero here is my order number again PH29121910819 Update: PH is not even trying to make things right. Blanket apology and just canceled the order. No accountability taken.

Like others here I ordered on December 3 and haven’t heard anything since the confirmation email. Not shipped yet according to the tracker. I’ve sent 4 emails and called but they just refer you to the email address and hang up. It’s really poor customer service which is unfortunate because the product seems to be good according to the reviews. I would be careful ordering from them as there are many other fire blankets out there now.

This amazing gift saved Christmas! Our family had gathered for Christmas - it began with the tradition of gift opening. This year I’d given each family member one of these for their Christmas gift. Suddenly a kitchen fire erupted with flames/smoke… screams were replaced by immediately putting this new gift to the test. Christmas was saved and a house fire was avoided. Yes, this became everyone’s favorite Christmas gift!

I hope to never have to use the fire blanket, but I feel safer having it near. I bought one for each of my adult children.

Ordered 6 fire blankets on 11/28 and my credit card was charged full amount the next day. Received confirmation of order but order never shipped. Now almost a month later, several emails have been sent and have been replied that they are "experiencing high demand, blah blah blah...we will look into your order and make sure it is expedited as soon as possible, blah blah blah". Now 12/27, still nothing. I have now requested a full refund. Let's see if I ever see it. Extremely disappointed. Refund received. Still wouldn’t order from them again though.

Purchased as gifts for my family and neighbors. Even though I believe it was money well spent, I hope they never get used!

I bought as Xmas gifts for my two grown children and my 2 grown grandchildren. Of course one for myself. They were well received and none including myself had fire extinguishers except for my son but he was impressed with the blanket. So four households are safer thanks to you.

I checked out the website and found the answers to all my questions. As a result, I ordered 4 sets for each couple/household in our family. Items were here in time for Christmas. Well done!

I bought a four pack of fire blankets for myself and as gifts. Everybody loved them. They said that they were thinking about getting them but didn't.

I purchased 6 blankets, they were Christmas gifts. I was hoping my sister and brother in law didn't think I was being a smart alec because they had a fire in their home earlier this year... They were so grateful for the replacement blanket since they used theirs during that fire and he said it snuffed the fire out immediately in the dimensions of the blanket but sadly the fire was bigger and had spread out further in the attic. I had no clue they had tried it until they opened their present. I'm thankful I could replace theirs and give one to each family member!

Ordered 8 blankets on 12/14. Bank charged on 12/15. 2 emails sent to Prepared Hero asking where my order is without any response. Is this a scam?

We ordered 4 fire blankets for Christmas gifts. They arrived in a very timely manner and everyone loved them! I love that anyone, any age, can easily use them. We hope to never need them, but if we do, we know it will be an easier task than operating the fire extinguisher.

I bought some extra for our son's family and my sister. I like knowing that if there is a need, we are prepared and knowing the grandkids can use it is reassuring. We will have one in our kitchen and one in our camper.

I received my order very promptly after placing the order. I ordered them as Christmas gifts and both recipients were very pleased to receive them. I don't know why I didn't include one for myself in the order. Now I have to do that!

Easy to order. Order arrived quickly. Shared blankets with my children for their homes. They were surprised and appreciative. The blankets were a perfect gift!
