Excellent product to have in case of fire. Buying one for each of my adult children. Prompt shipping

Great product. Gift for our three adult children and our home and family farm.

My order was received in a timely manner and in good condition. I ordered 4 of them to give to family members and myself.

Placed my order on the 5th of December and paid the extra fee to expedite the shipping. Still waiting on the 29th. Attempts to contact were met with generic responses. Very disappointed.

Ordered 10 blankets, hooks and an additional XL blanket on Dec. 11th, with a guaranteed delivery by XMas. Received confirmation of order and money was deducted from my account. Sent one email to customer service, got an automated response. Still do not have a tracking number. Disappointed to say the least.

HORRIBLE communication regarding my order. They offered no status updates on packing, shipping, or tracking my order *until* I canceled my order via email, then they COMPLETELY disregarded my cancelation email and shipped my order out the next day (after no communication for nearly a month!) and I *still* did not receive everything I ordered. I order 2 blankets and 2 clips. I received one clip in a separate box and 2 blankets after I canceled my order. I still have not received the 2nd clip. If you read the comment section on their Instagram posts, you'll see just how many customers they've disappointed, year after year. Prepared Hero just answers unhappy customers with identical "canned" responses. I completely lost all respect for this company. It is a true wonder they are still in business. AND I am still waiting for the rest of my order. I am surprised they are still allowed to run ads after the amount of negative comments they've received on Instagram. They should be banned until they fulfill the orders they've already received and made amends to the customers who bought the product in good faith. 12/30/2024, In response to Prepared Heroes reply: This is the same canned response they've been giving dissatisfied customers for OVER 2 years. Take a look at the customer comments on their Instagram ads and the posts on their Instagram account. They do not address customers unless the customers complain or cancel their order, then the order is sent. Save your money. Seriously. I'm surprised this company is allowed to stay in business. And I *still* haven't received the rest of my order.

I placed the order and received the 4 pack fire blanket. They made wonderful Christmas presents, letting my loved ones know how much I care. This is a quality item. I am happy that it can be reused if necessary. Thank you for this product.

I bought 2 pairs of fire gloves 🧤. They came on time . I gave them away for a 🎁 gift. They looked very nice, and had nice lining.

We never received our order that was ordered on December 9. It was a Xmas present. We have emailed and no response.

Order a bundle package to share with family. These are great!

On Dec 12th I ordered and paid for 8 fire blankets. I received a confirmation that day and have never heard from them again. Their published phone number does not work, they have not responded to several emails. Update: My bank initiated a Visa dispute. Not sure if it was a result of the dispute or just coincidental, but I finally received a FULL refund to my Visa on Jan. 24.

Received order as stated. It would’ve been nice to have a note telling us not to open the blanket until needed because the fiberglass sheds and is itchy.

You respond when I asked about the status of my order and said I would get it by the 24th of December. I got it early on the 24th, thanks because they were Christmas presents for my family. They all were very happy because I was being prevented. Thank you for your promptly timing.

Customer Service responded quickly when I sent an email woth a question.

My order took forever to arrive but it came 2 days before Christmas so I could give my sons part of their Christmas gift.....hopefully we will never have the need to use them, but if we should we are prepared!!!

Have one to each of our children at Christmas. Hopefully they won't have to use it. But, it's better to have and not need then to not have it when needed.
