Ordering was easy. I ordered the 8-pack of fire blankets and an XL fire blanket. Everything arrived two days after I placed the order. I have given the fire blankets as gifts this year and each recipient has appreciated receiving one. They all have heard of the fire blankets, but never ordered one. They expressed gratitude because now they feel more safe. I ordered the XL and kept one regular fire blanket for myself.

I order my 1st 2 blankets and paid through PayPal. PayPal sent you the wrong address. I then ordered 4 more blankets again paid through PayPal with the corrected address. But you again shipped them to the first address in MI. I live in Kentucky. I can't even track them. My phone number is 989-254-4428. order # is 0D280537R1484733X. Please help me get these blankets.

I ordered eight of these fire blankets for Christmas gifts. I originally was going to buy one for my brother-in-law who has his own food truck and thought it might be handy. He is also a firefighter in this small town of Rumford Maine then I decided everyone in my family could use this

When I made the purchase, I did not realized that it was in USD and I wanted to cancel. I emailed and got a response very quickly and was given 3 options. I took the discounted option and the refund was given within a couple of days. I was extremely happy with how the organization dealt with my inquiry in a timely and professional manner.

Why was my experience great? We'll to start off I received 8 of my 12 fire blankets quickly. Waited to see if the other 4 arrive. Giving an additional 3 business days, I got worried and reached out via email with screenshots of my order. They shipped the additional 4 blankets I was missing and I received them promptly as well. They were quick with communication and provided tracking numbers to keep watch of my orders. Very polite and wonderful to work with. Would highly recommend and I will be ordering from them again.
