Aside from an excellent product, this company EXCELLS in customer service. When I experienced a self-inflicted problem with the order, they were in constant contact with me and took steps to quickly make me "whole" again. This is a company that genuinely cares about its customers and product.

I screwed up when I ordered, was charged for something I didn’t want. You get a 4 start because it think it wasn’t clear on the site where to decline. Anyway, I got a nice reply and item was removed. They are Christmas presents…and one for me which I hope I never need💥

I obviously bought these for emergencies. I hope I won't need to use one anytime soon. I bought the multi-pack so I could give them out for Christmas gifts.

I had an easy time ordering and great experience with customer service. (I forgot to use a code I had when I checked out. When I contacted customer service, an agent reached out quickly and refunded me the difference.) Shipping of the blankets was quick too! I haven’t used the blankets yet; I hope I never have to! :)

I received the blankets quickly In under a week. The only reason I marked down 1 star was that I received an email stating the order was being prepared but never received an email with when it was shipped or the tracking number. When I contacted support, they were prompt in responding, and I actually received the package even quicker. This is likely the Shipping company's issue, but it did cause me concern.

This is a great product. I had to use it within a couple of months of receiving it and it worked great! Easy to use and quickly prevented a small but scary fire from becoming a disaster! The company was VERY helpful when a second order I made was lost in delivery. My email was answered the next day and they replaced the order.

I purchased Prepared Hero for Christmas Gifts to my relatives in Arizona and also Oregon. I thought it is a perfect gift. Hoping they never have to use, but peace of mind knowing that they have this in their home if ever needed. I have some for myself which makes me feel good about having. Saw them advertised online and thought what a great idea! I took a local Fireman Class with our local Fire Department and realized that this is a no brainer to have in your home.

I just placed an order for the 12-pack of blankets to give as gifts. At the end of the checkout process, I was asked to add the hooks onto my purchase. First, why wouldn't they be included with the blanket? Second, I was only able to select an 8-pack of the hooks. If I can purchase a 12-pack of the blankets, why wouldn't a 12-pack of the hooks be available?

True customer service at its finest. I placed my order. It came within the expected time.

I received a shipment of fire blankets with slight flaws in several of them. The Customer Service department responded to my concern very quickly. The flawed product was promptly replaced, and the lot number was requested. I assume this was for further reserch. I look forward to giving these fire blankets this Christmas to family members!
