The fire blankets I ordered are very well made. Hope I never have to use them. The communication was very good. The shipping was wicked fast. They are so nice I have ordered more to give as Christmas presents.

I was impressed how quickly I received my order from the time I placed the order. 4-5 days. I purchased 2 blankets. One for myself and one for my family. Haven’t had a need to use it, but sure one day I will be glad I have it. Then I will see if this blanket is true to what it does.

I Ordered 2 packs of 4 by mistake. I emailed customer service to have one order removed. They were quick to cancel the unwanted second order and issue a refund. Very good customer service.

I had a question about one of my orders that had not arrived yet. I wrote to support. After what I thought was no response I sent a second email. Both times Prepared Hero wrote with all the information I requested with more additional detail. Impressive. I realized it was all me when I found both emails in my SPAM.
