Bought this entry level phonograph for my granddaughter. Really jazzed that she is entering the love of vinyl! I own several forms of players stretching from the Edison diamond disc to tube type Grundig to my daily player a late 50’s Zenith. Carrying on the traditional love of vinyl....

The package took a long time to reach Miami. But that may be the post office's fault. I did reach eventually.

A set of mistakes marked this order as my first - and last - from them. An exorbitant shipping fee was removed ( something like $40 for 3 day delivery) but without my consent it was then regular post - and would have been left upon our porch for a 2 week vacation if we had not postponed a day. No contact when I asked about this change. A sentence long email 2 days too late. Ugly CS.

These guys charged me almost $500 for a Garmin smart watch- even though (unbeknownst to me) they were closed at the time and would not reopen for another 12 days. I had no idea until after hearing nothing for 5 days, I called the store and heard a recording saying they were closed and wouldn’t be open or shipping orders until October 3rd. I’ve requested a full refund- we’ll see how that goes...
