Dreams are a fantastic company to deal with. The salesman I dealt with when I visited my local Dreams, shop was called Craig and he was great. He told me all I wanted to know and didn't push me in any way to buy.when I finally decided what Iwanted EVERYTHING went forward smoothly. I was given a delivery date which they stuck to and the day before it was due I was given a 2 hour delivery slot so I didn't have to wait in all day. They arrived when they said they would and 2 lovely guys (Keir and I didnt get the other name)unpacked and put the bed together, showed me how to use the remote,and removed all the packaging. They were in and out within half an hour leaving my room clean and tidy with a bed ready to use. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMNEND DREAMS and they are now my company of choice whenever I need beds or bedding. THEY ARE A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH, AND THE DRIVERS WERE EASY AND RELIABLE, POLITE, CHEERFUL AND HELPFUL. ALL IN ALL 100% TERRIFIC.

Delivery date came and went, along with any faith in the company as we had zero communication about a delay and as such lost my wages from self employment for the day for no good cause.

If I could give no stars I would! I ordered a right corner chaise sofa and received a left (also ‘left’ on the box with the batch and order number which would confirm its a left!) Emailed them and they are are constantly saying it’s a right corner inside the box. So I opened one of the boxes and see a left corner chaise part of the sofa! Still they are adamant it’s a right corner! In the end I asked for them to return it and want a full refund but they are charging me £40 for it to be collected!! I refuse to give them any more money for their mistake!! Steer clear from the business as they clearly don’t know their left to their right!! Also poor customer service

I just moved flat and ordered a corner sofa on wowcher on the 14/05/2023. DX delivery company asked what date to get delivered and I said the 18/05/2023. When it arrived it was only one part of the sofa and they said the other part was coming in the evening. I contacted the courier after hearing nothing and they told me they only received one of two items. I contacted ARCA LIVING and spoke to KLEO who said the courier had done part delivery but the courier said they hadn’t received the full order! KLEO said it would be here in 2 working days. (This was on Friday) I never heard anything until I contacted them on the Monday to chase it up. KLEO then decided it was going to be another 3-5 working days as apparently they were ‘waiting on the courier’ even though they just hadn’t sent the part to them!!! I finally got the second part on the 25/05/2023 and have heard nothing from ARCA LIVING after causing all this mess and causing me to take an extra day off from work losing money to collect something THEY hadn’t sent the first time!!! USELESS!

I ordered an armchair, which I've had to cancel for personal reasons. Was told this in writing: Keo (Arca Living ) 24 Jan 2023, 16:55 GMT Good afternoon, Unfortunately, the order has been processed with the courier Evri. Please decline delivery and once confirmed returned, we will process a refund after. Kind Regards Keo Clearly says WE i.e Dreams Living will refund! I'm now being told to contact Wowcher, that you can't get hold of. Highly stressful. NOT ok to say they'll refund you then defer to Wowcher. order 43731181 I can see why the reviews are appalling on here. Wish I'd seen this before I ordered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOLKS! BUYER BEWARE

The bed was delivered on time hence the Single Star, however being a disabled and bedridden person I was disgusted with the DAMAGED MATTRESS WHICH A BLIND BAD BAT COULD HAVE SEEN, leaving me having to put up with it as the old bed had been disassembled and taken for recycling until the replacement arrived a month later WITH THE DELIVERY CHARGED TO OURSELVES. Definitely NOT A HAPPY BUNNY and would NEVER deal with them again even if every other local bed dealer had shut down. DESPICABLE SERVICE!!! It was actually in 2010 however the AUTO CALENDAR won't go back further but a similar review was left elsewhere.

20 days later after ordering Radiator Cover on Groupon, still nothing. Beyond useless. Take a look at your trust pilot reviews and have a rethink about whether you should be in business. It’s embarrassing. Will recommend Groupon drop them as a company and I’ll be escalating to the trade ombudsmen.

My radiator cover was damaged . It's awful.I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund. After a few months and numerous emails and complaints.This company's customer service is appalling. The quality of the goods are very poor. I keep getting emails with excuses but no results with replacing my damaged goods. You Don not get what you see in the picture. They look like a amazon return pallet item.

I wish I had read the reviews of this company and Wowcher before I purchased. The goods I ordered were faulty. Raised a return request, but neither Dreams Living nor Wowcher responded. Cheap for a reason. You get what you pay for!

Do not buy from this company. Save your money. I’ve bought a sofa 2 weeks ago it’s came damaged, you can feel frame snapped inside and material all ripped underneath. I’ve email them, I’m getting stupid replies back, about needing photos. How do you take a photo of what I assume is a snapped frame? Tear open material!? I can’t even sit on it. I feel like I’m talking to a 12yr old over emails who talk no sense. They aren’t very helpful atall. Now I’m stuck with a broken sofa I can’t sit on :( Not genuine atall.

Bought a sofa and was promised delivery within 2 weeks. Got notification from Panther Logistics to expect delivery in two days, then a reminder one day later and on the day got a cancellation notice. Then got a message to ring Panther who said they denied sending a text to cancel and said they attempted delivery. They wont redeliver without the Company approving. Have sent 4 emails to Company to try and get it resolved but to no avail. They even replied to one of my emails saying they never received my complaint...which was in the email they replied to! Fawlty Towers of Retailing.... Very disappointed customer.

I bought some outdoor furniture from these via wowcher, it was delivered, after a short wait. I purchased the furniture covers and I’ve not had them 6 months and they started to fray, I emailed the company several times, but all you get is sorry we can’t help as they are only covered for 6months? Would not recommend this company, the furniture covers should last longer than 6months, sent recorded letter and still no reply.

Ordered garden furniture but only two of three boxes delivered. They only operate a web/email customer service and only respond to one mail per day. I was told on three separate occasions the third box was with the courier and provided a tracking number only for the box to never arrive and the delivery company informing me that Dreams had never handed the box over. The missing box was finally delivered over a month later. Once everything arrived and unboxed all was in good condition and easy to assemble. Lessons learnt: Check reviews first before ordering. Don't believe you are protected by PayPal when using Wowcher. Once you exchange the voucher your contract is with the supplier not Wowcher.

Received my Ratten furniture one piece wrong emailed said it would be delivered 3-5 days unfortunately it was a weekend then a bank holiday. Emailed again responded within 6 hours got courier and code took 2 days now it's here. I think good service. Also like to thank Naz. For keeping me update would use again

Avoid this company at all costs. I am in the process of trying to get my money back for them failing to deliver garden furniture costing nearly £700, I have had lots of excuses but no refund, when they do reply to emails they are never signed. I will be taking legal action against them and putting a complaint to trading standards this company should not be allowed to trade. Had to give them 1 star in order to warn others to STAR CLEAR

Ordered through Amazon 7/7/21. delivery promised 13 - 15/7/21. Given tracking details through a firm called arrowXl. ArrowX contacted us and agreed a delivery date for the 15/07/21. Text received on the 15/07/21 unable to deliver stock sent to the wrong depot (lies) they would rearrange delivery. We have contacted arrowxl several times and they are just obstructive. Finally we find that they have not received the goods from dream living. (they seem to have a connection with them in some way.) Unable to contact Dream living. Amazon seem to be of the opinion that The goods are being delivered. It seems like one almighty scam. Collusion between Arrowxl and Dream living to get the payment. And I have to wait. Will be in touch with Amazon today to try and get it resolved.

Well where to start....... Any one coming here for a review prior to purchase please listen... This is hands down one of the worse Companies I have had the misfortune of spending 1000.00 with. Ordered 18 April with a 4 week delivery for an event in June.. Paid 1000.00 money taken instantly. No updates near the delivery date until I emailed and was fed lie after lie until it was delivered yesterday 28 June !!!! Even though the website mid wait changed the delivery to 3-5 Days. When i asked why it couldn't be resent within the 3-5 Days no response. Furniture Maxi or Dreams Living as its also known is just a reseller who have no control over delivery from the manufacturer. Heed my advise and buy from another Company. Trust me it will be worth it.
