Edward provided us with an exceptional service. He was there to answer any of our questions (and as first time buyers we had plenty) and nothing was too much trouble. His explanations were easily understandable and he helped point out any aspects along the process that he believed we should be made aware of that we may not have initially known or been aware of ourselves.
