Tom at Fletcher Longstaff was amazing from start to finish with my sale and purchase. I'm not someone who calls a lot but I do send a lot of emails. Tom was fast to respond to me, always knew what was going on with my sale and purchase and was someone I would not hesitate to recommend...in fact I already have done to my friend who is also in the process of selling and buying a new home. Although Fletcher Longstaff are not the cheapest conveyancer they are by far the best I have come across (I'm a mortgage adviser and so I do come across a lot of solicitors). I think solicitors get a bad reputation for making the process seem long and laborious but if they were all like Fletcher Longstaff we would all have a much better time in selling and buying! I can't fault the services of Fletcher Longstaff - particularly Tom Hansen - in dealing with the sale of my old house and purchase of my new one. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, with thorough attention to detail, helpful updates and a great online portal so I could check in on progress at any point. Tom was extremely quick to respond to emails and would follow up on action points without any prompting. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a conveyancer - the whole process was seamless and stress-free; something you can't often say when it comes to buying and/or selling property! We contracted Fletcher Longstaff to sell a property before it went on the market, and this enabled us to get most of the required paperwork completed ahead of receiving an offer. Tom was responsive to emails, professional, and efficient from start to end. Everything ran smoothly despite our tenant's attempts to disrupt the sale. Being able to do everything electronically was a key factor in choosing Fletcher Longstaff; that and knowing that we would be dealing with the same person throughout the transaction and that the fees are set out clearly beforehand so there are no nasty surprises come completion date. I would have no hesitation in using Fletcher Longstaff again as a good conveyancer is hard to come by!

I'm not usually the sort to leave reviews, but following the impeccable service I received from Fletcher Longstaff, I feel compelled to share my experience. With 2 weeks before the stamp duty holiday end date, I was frantically searching for a conveyancer willing to take on the purchase of a new property. Not only was the process incredibly efficient, Fletcher Longstaff were by far the most reasonably priced option from the 10 odd quotes I received. Craig and his team were absolutely fantastic, providing me with information and documents faster than I could complete them! The entire process was 8 days from start to finish (which I'm sure must be some kind of record), and we managed to complete 2 days before the stamp duty holiday deadline. I have no hesitation in recommending Craig and Fletcher Longstaff for anyone requiring conveyancing work.

Absolutely superb from start to finish! Like many people, we have moved house this year with the aim of completing before the stamp duty relief rules ended. For us this was complicated by not one, but two purchases collapsing, us having to find a new house to buy, and Fletcher Longstaff having to start again, at pace. And as if that wasn't hard enough, the solicitors on the other side were typically slow and unresponsive. Despite these issues, Tom and the team at Fletcher Longstaff still got our house sold and the new one purchased in time. They were always available on the phone and very responsive via email.
