Fletcher Longstaff were brilliant in comparison and I wish I had instructed them to handle my sale also. They responded to all communication in a timely manner, were thorough and detailed, took the time to explain things to me, and where my seller's lawyers were unable to obtain documents required, Fletcher Longstaff took ownership and acquired them themselves. I won't hesitate to use their services in the future.

Highly recommended specialist conveyancers with skilled staff and support systems / procedures to help efficient transactions. Fees are reasonable. We have done a number of conveyancings using traditional solicitors but FL really show how it should be done. Especially impressed by Adam Jakubic who kept us closely informed throughout.

Simply faultless from start to finish. Adam and team were always accessible throughout the entire process, answered all my questions promptly and kept me up to date right up until completion. Paperwork and fees were entirely transparent with no surprises at all. As a FTB of a leasehold property there were many nuances in the leasehold agreement that needed explanation and/or investigation and Adam & team tackled each one competently and professionally. Also being based in London I was initially cautious of not having face contact but this turned out to be no issue at all since either Adam or someone else from Fletcher Longstaff was always contactable.

I was purchasing a BTL property and unfortunately the first property fell through as the vendor was delaying so I had to change properties and exchange quickly. Edward and Hannah were marvellous and managed to push through exchange and completion within 16 working days (no chain) they were extremely efficient and kept in contact at all stages of the purchase I would definitely recommend them and will certainly be using them again for future BTL properties.

Charlotte Brooker was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. My house completed within 8 weeks and Charlotte was professional and very pleasant to deal with throughout. Moving can obviously be a very stressful time in most people's lives but if you have a conveyancer that gets back to you promptly and is always on hand to give you expert advice, with a cool head, it can really take some of the pressure out of it! Especially when the buyers solicitor drags their heels! Would definitely recommend Charlotte and her team and will use them again in the future!
