Having used solicitors before and also being fully au’fait with the conveyancing system I thought I would try Fletcher Longstaff being a firm of Licensed Conveyancers and therefore specialists in the conveyancing work and am pleased to say they did not disappoint. I was allocated an excellent young lady to deal with the work and her assistant who were always available to deal with any query - none of this ‘with a client’ or fobbed off because they have left for the day - there was always someone available to speak to. Our purchase was not complex but the solicitors working for the 3 others in the small chain were useless and held things up immeasurably- had they of had a fraction of Fletcher Longstaff’s competence we could all of moved weeks earlier. I can thoroughly recommend FL to you and advise you to steer clear of Solicitors whose work at the end of the day is dealt with by part time clerks. Excellent price too.

Adam and Adam who were managing my purchase were excellent throughout the whole process. They were very prompt to respond to any of my queries with any responses were usually received within a day.I had asked them to ensure that my purchase went ahead by a certain target date and they delivered to it. They were not the cheapest but I had decided to hire them based on their good online reviews and it definitely was worth it at the end. Will definitely go ahead with them again in the future and highly recommend them.
