Excellent service during the whole process of acting on our behalf of sale of our property. Reasonable charges and worked to a timetable that suited all. Prompt and informative answers when asked questions and in turning around documents. Was some communication hiccup in my understanding of the vendor’s position (I was not aware for a few weeks that they had found a house or then later that they had their removals booked for a certain day prior to exchange) but ultimately it was a positive issue as the vendors were working to the timelines o had expressed. House completed punctually and their systems were easy to follow.
