DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE PREMIUM EQUIPMENT! Poor connection which caused my amplifier cables to completely melt and CATCH FIRE! These unprofessional touts do not know what size cable will be best suited for a subwoofer that draws a lot of power! I found out these uneducated fools used an 8 gauge cable instead of 4 gauge cable and their poor connection caused my subwoofer to burn! I will be suing these clowns for damages! I called them and they are rude and have no idea about customer service. Only go there if you have cheap equipment! They are not worth the cost of replacing expensive equipment and no respect for the value of my vehicle (2018 Mercedes c class! Please note my name I have no choice but to sue you for damages! Ok these clowns want me to waste more time and money traveling to them when they don’t have any articulation to propose a resolution over the phone before I travel down there. Please let everyone know what exactly you will do? Your cheap cable melted and caused my subwoofer to produce smoke. This is a JL Audio HO112-w6v3 and the amp i was using is a hertz hdp1 and they decide to run it with an 8 gauge cable. I can’t have you fools touch my car again and you will have to pay for the poor connection that damaged my equipment. A reputable installer was shocked with the mess they made in my car which caused a fire and they have someone on the phone that doesn’t know how to talk without shouting like a mad man! Once my car is rectifed, I promise to teach you a valuable lesson so you respect expensive equipment and not take on a job where you have no idea what you are dealing with! £800 subwoofer has now been damaged and the amp has now been burnt! They don’t know how to calculate the proper wire to use. It’s all on the internet, educate yourself and don’t talk rubbish!
