Aylesbury branch is wonderful friendly staff and great food

Ordered via delivery company. First order was fantastic, second order they delivered incorrect products with margarine added when i specifically asked for it not to be due to an allergy and the delivery company will not refund me so I have basically lost my money as i cant eat products with margarine, very very unhappy - and one of the sandwiches the bloomer was already out of date !! there was a label inside the sandwich box with yesterdays date on it, disgusting especially as these were build your own made to order ... I guess they had a time machine and managed to make today's order yesterday

The store in aylesbury town centre they got have one of the worst personal ever these polish people has no respect mean to customers and delivery drivers i would personally like to complain about the experience i had with them and their shouting i hope their cameras works and get them fired

Our family had a funeral reception in Greenford recently for my mother in law. Logan in the Northolt Wenzels couldn't have done more or being nicer. Thank you so much Logan on behalf of my wife's family for the quality of food and the sensitivity. Highly recommend them.

I’ll never go back to Wenzels as the quality is absolutely terrible and very poor. However, the staff was nice. I’ll stick to Greggs. Wenzels could learn from the great quality of Greggs.

Very friendly and helpful staff, food never disappoints. At Christmas the staff were amazing when I asked if they could order me some Christmas gingerbread and they went above and beyond and my kids were so happy. I love and must say I'm probably slightly addicted to their sandwich baggets as I often get one for lunch. This branch is my go to in high wycombe as I can't fault it 😊

St Albans branch. Rude staff, threw my change onto the counter, I think by buying a baguette and not a whole Meal Deal she didn’t like it. Cheese salad baguette wasn’t good either. No more Wenzels for me.

The customer service received from a young lad called Hendon @ the greenford station branch was exceptional. Had a total can do attitude and approach. Please feed this back. His colleague could a tips from him.

The staff friendly and very patient

The staff here are awful! The management treat their employees like crap especially the new one L... The nastiest person I've ever met! They ignore when food is out of date, do not throw stuff out the night before . Bully their staff, do not give them their legal breaks. This wenzels in hitchin really needs to be shut down!

My past 4 orders got cancelled for no reason, won't bother to order from them again, not that it matters as it just gets cancelled anyway, terrible service

Baguettes used to be £3.75 but over the weekend they’ve shot up to £4.15! A vegan sausage roll was £2.75 (already on the expensive side compared to competitors) and they’ve increased that to £2.90. I cannot believe they’ve inflated their prices like this, what a joke.

Nice bread Customer service appalling - rude, slow and unprofessional

Was shocked to discover that none of the staff wear gloves, even when making the sandwiches. Reason being is that I caught a bad gastro bug after visiting their local store. Surely wearing gloves when handling customers' food is ESSENTIAL. Worst food hygiene. Not sure I will go back now.

Burnt cold half the order messing avoid this place

I occasionally buy a sandwich from the St Albans (Chequer Street) branch, and have always asked for lettuce to be added. Today, the person rolled her eyes and huffed when I asked. Apparently Wenzel's now charge 20p for a few pieces of lettuce, bearing in mind the sandwich is already £3.50. I suggest, Ana, if you're going to roll your eyes, you at least do it facing away from the customer. Also bear in mind we, as customers, ultimately pay your wages. It was order 58, if anyone at Wenzels wants to look into it.

I visited the store in Waterlooville, Hampshire for the first time last week. The coffee was ok but we were freezing as their big doors are left open. Anyone else experience similar? I think we'll carry on with Costa, which is warm and has loo's!!
