Gemakkelijl te ontgrendelen voor een eerste gebruik. De fiets gaat snel genoeg voor in de stad te fietsen. Heel veel afzetlocaties mogelijk. Ik vond wel nergens de fietsbel. Volgende keer nog eens naar zoeken. Ik raad dit zeker aan!

Super easy and very fun way to get around Turku & the app makes it so easy to understand how the rental system works to lock & unlock the the bikes! Love the baskets with the elastic to safely hold your personal belongings in place & how you can attach your phone to the steering bar to navigate the city!! Perfect bike rental app!!!

Left stranded middle of the night thanks to Donkey.... I bought the 2 day rental and the bike I got was in a 5/10 condition. Because of the extreme rain I left the bike locked at the assigned place and went to town. On the way back I wanted to go by another Donkey bike but it wasn't possible because I had to "return" my old bike in the app. And for that to happen I needed to be standing next to it... INSANELY idiotic system. I wish I could get my money back. Cheaper and smarter to use regular bike rentals or public transport.
