Everyday takes me around 15 minutes to find a bile that works decently. I paid 3 months in advance, honestly I regret it. Please give them some mantinience!!!

So I rented different bikes from Donkey Republic when visiting Copenhagen. The bikes are of different qualities, some are better than others. The experience was OK, sometimes it was hard to find bikes, and often the instructions from the app were confusing. Anyway, the real experience started after I cam home. One month after renting the bike, they decided to charge me 240€ because a bike I used was apparently stolen, even though I locked it as expected. So I did everything as I was supposed to do, the bike was stolen, and now I have to pay for it. And this is literally what they wrote in their terms and conditions. These terms are highly abusive. And of course you will never read them before using the bike... So I got in touch with customer service. And it was the worst experience I ever had. People were unfaithful, blaming me for things I didn't do, being rude, looking down on me and treating me like very badly. So I highly advise you don't use those bikes. It is very risky. I went through a lot of reviews where people get charged without their consent for many reason : "relocation fees" although the users was convinced to drop at a good location, "missing bikes" fees like my case, extra and unexpected charges, etc. The worst is probably the company's culture. When you put your customers in a situation where they risk paying a lot of money for things they don't do and you blame them without any shame, you have a terrible culture. Basically this company doesn’t respect their customers at all. They despite them. Don't use Donkey Republic.
