I'm loosing count of how many times I've bought from the company now it's either 4 or 5 times and the price and delivery can't be beaten.

Good quality product with fast delivery and no problems. It was only a little dearer than the previous company I used and infinitely better in every way. The birds are tucking into this more too.

My first order placed at 12.16 arrived next morning at 11.05, and I was so pleased with the quality of the dried mealworms. Second order took 48 hours but as this is Christmas week it is remarkable. Will certainly buy all my wildbird food from you in the future.

Bought a large peanut feeder, after spending a good fews hours looking for one this big. This was easily the biggest size i could find. Product arrived within a couple of days and was just as described, and was well built and packaged. Would definitely buy from wildbirddirect again.

My shipment arrived safely within 2 days of placing the order, which was great considering that it was the Xmas period. I was very pleased with both the product and the price.

The prices for my order were very good indeed having searched the internet for alternatives. The order was placed in the afternoon and arrived the next dat around lunchtime. Order was well packaged and exactly what i had requested. A problem with credit card payment (screen seemed to flash away without confirmation..) was quickly cleared up with 1 phonecall and a quick confirmation from the sellers. Cant fault it at all.

My main gripe concerns the 3rd party courier. It wasn't clear until too late that a signature was required and my previous deliveries from other companies allowed the goods to be left outside. so I immediately rescheduled delivery for when I would be in a few days later, got confirmation, but they still tried delivering over the next few days, eventually leaving it with a neighbour. But they were rude and unhelpful, leaving the 25kg box on the roadside, so neighbour had to drag it to her home. Also, the fat balls were poor quality. I would normally remove them from the netting, as they injure birds' feet, but these were so crumbly many had disintergrated in the box. Pigeons were happy - they seemed to get the bulk of them, as trying to squash the strange shapes into the holder caused much wastage. Having said all that, seeds were great and were the suet pellets and the fat blocks, although of slimey margarine consistency, went down well. Very good value, good website and customer service was good.
