However, service to rectify this miatake was excellent and staff were very apologetic for mistake. Very prompt delivery, with courier giving delivery times within one hour's window.

United Kingdom | 03 March 2010I have now placed four orders with Wild Bird Direct and have found them to be absolutely "on the ball" as regards getting the order right, responding quickly to an order and, if you telephone them about your order, they are very, very quick to try and sort it out, even calling back if necessary. The first two orders I placed were absolutely fine, an e-mail sent to advise the one-hour time slot and the orders arrived in that time. However, these e-mails don't come from Wild Bird Direct but from their Courier (DPD?). My third order went completely wrong, with another label placed over the one Wild Bird Direct put on the package with the result that the order went to the wrong address - nobody in so a card was put through the door. On telephoning Wild Bird Direct, they immediately took this up with the Courier, who advised the order would be with me the following day. Come the following day, Courier arrived, was rooting around in the back of the van for abour ten minutes, then drove away, despite me running down my drive waving and shouting. It transpired that my delivery was not even on the van for that day! The following day, I had my usual driver from the Courier company who delivered my package. Wild Bird Direct pulled out all the stops to ensure that I did get my package and kept me informed every step of the way. Excellent company, shame about the Courier, but I would still recommend Wild Bird Direct to anyone.

Any minor discrepancies are dealt with swiftly and fairly. On the whole, a modern, well run company with good old-fashioned values ie. putting the customer first. Even the delivery itself is super I got an e-mail saying my order would be arriving between 10 and 11 and it was there at 10, better service than most companies. Also the order I put in on the 23rd dec, I expected to get after xmas but it was once again there on xmas eve, and I live in the middle of the North Yorks Moors.

Next day emauil informed that the items would be delivered between 10.35 and 11.30. Items arrived at 10.45, fantastic service
