I had expected that the bad weather would have caused problems with my order but it arrived 48 hours after it had been ordered. The courier was pleasant and helpful and carried the heavy box into the garage for me. This was my 3rd order from Wildbird direct and I am very pleased with the product and the birds are happy. The postage is high but when 2 or 3 products are ordered at the same time it becomes reasonable considering the weight and size of the order. I have looked at other Internet sites but Wildbird Direct still comes out best for variety and value.

The item was despatched the day after I placed my order and arrived the following day. In addition, the price was very reasonable and I shall most certainly use the company again and have recommended it to others.

I ordered the Kingston bird table Monday 11th Jan, received it Weds 13th Jan, and this took place all in that snowy weather. I was assured that it was good quality and easy for a female senior citizen to put together which it was in both instances. The time taken from opening the well sealed box to completion was 24 minutes. I am very pleased with the bird table and I hope my birds will be just as happy with their new dining table. During recent snowy weather & courier unable to find correct delivery address (even though a correct post code was used) - Wild Bird Direct contacted me by phone & transferred delivery to home address all within 2 days of the order. I think the courier could give better service - but have no problems using Wild Bird Direct again

I would have given 5 stars BUT despite putting on the order that my seed was to be delivered next door if I was out, where my neighbour was waiting for it... the courier took away my seed, leaving hungry birds in a very snowy garden. Also, I arrived home just after the courier left the note saying he could not deliver - and the phone number on the slip he left did not link to a live operator so there was no way to get him to come back - he would still have been on our estate. This was VERY annoying! The seed itself is excellent and the potential delivery time WOULD have been very quick considering the awful snow blocked roads. I do NOT recommend the courier service!!

Fantastic service, brilliant communications so I knew what exactly was going on. Goods delivered in the time frame promised (in spite of snow which prevented others delivering to me!). Excellent mealworm/seeds and such good value. Also ordered a niger feeder for £4.99, metal, the same price as I previously paid for a plastic one! I have already recommended site to friends. As I said before, Faultless :)

My 20kg of sunflower hearts arrived with me 20 hours after ordering them!!!Just in time for the intense cold. (Down to the carrier too of course) Very high quality, well packed, and even with the high postage, they work out far cheaper than others I have purchased. I am now a commited customer. Warning- I had trouble with the bulk weight and had to unload into smaller quantities to get them past my front door!! Maybe packed in two bags would be helpful??

5 stars I was very impressed with Wild Bird Direct. The website was easy to use. The prices were brilliant. The 3 kgs of dried mealworms cost me £35 compared with £90 it would have cost me to purchase from a local petfood superstore. Delivery was prompt and I received an up date informing me of the time frame for delivery. Unfortunately as a new customer I did not know this would come so I did not check my emails and did not receive this until after I received the goods. The update is a great idea. It would be good to be informed that this was going to happen so it is of most benefit.

So easy to deal with, delivered in 48 hours and great prices.

I have ordered for my hens and our wild birds......and have received always the best products at best prices; better value and quality than what we find here at the bulk seed/grain agents. They shop for best shipping prices as well and are always looking for ways to combine items for lowest ship to proce! Invaluable and unfailingly prompt....and cheerful!

Really competitive prices and incredibly fast and efficient delivery. They even refunded some of the postage when they managed to squeeze all of my order into one box.

Last week I placed an order for 100kg of food and it arrived promptly next morning. I have even had them deliver to my parents in ireland. They cannot be more helpful. The boxes are well packaged and easy to handle and as usual the prices exceptional. Can't fault!
