Ordered at lunchtime and delivered the next day and well packaged. This was my first order and will order from again and recommend to my family & friends.

Having never used this company before I was very pleased with thier website which was easy to use and the prices were great. The corrier company they used were fantastic as they informed me exactly when it would be delivered and a delivery time within the hour which was fantastic as I could walk my dogs without worry. My only small critisism is that I ordered 2 lots but was not offered any reduction in postage. In summing up I would recommend this company to my friends/family and have already done so. Thankyou

I was so impressed with the delivery, I was notified when the parcel was to be delivered and I could track it from start to finish. I also had an e-mail when the delivery firm loaded the item. Fantastic. The bird food is excellent, and it has a sweet smell, so no nasty aromas in the cupboard. Packing was also exceptional. Even with delivery costs, Kilo for Kilo it still beats shop bought bird food.

I was given a one hour time slot for delivery, which was achieved successfully, and I didn't have to hang around all day waiting for a knock on the door

Everything ran refreshingly perfect, from the ordering and payment. The receipt came through straight away with delivery notes and I even got an e-mail on the delivery date saying it would arrive between 11-55hrs and 12-55hrs. In fact it arrived exactly half way between those times. That kind of service and transaction just cannot be beaten.
