I received really quick delivery of my order, when it came the driver was most friendly and helpful. I have actually ordered the wrong size in one of the products which I hadn't realised so the correct size was sent along with what I had ordered to correct my mistake, Would most definitely use again and recommend as was also found to offer the best price when I shopped around

After browsing for cladding I decided to go for celplas. Their website is 1st class with very good demonstration videos. Delivery very quick. First off was to fit the ceiling panels. What a finish, brilliant. Then proceeded with wall panels. First three packs opened to fit first wall and all was well. Another brilliant finish (white sparkle). I then started fitting panels to the facing wall. This is when it went pear shaped. The tongue & groove would not meet for flush finish. Very disappointing. When contacting celplas I was told fill the gap with decorators chalk. I beg to differ on this idea because I dont think this product is suitable in wet areas. Shame, I was hoping to give five star.

This product was great and easy to install. The service was prompt and packaged well. I would recommend to anyone.

I used this company to purchase cladding for our ensuite bathroom renovation. The website was easy to look through; their information was good and they replied quickly to queries. The cladding was delivered the next day and everything was packaged as expected. I would not hesitate to use again.

Had no problem fitting the cladding and I'm not the best at DIY,stuck well and clipped together nicely and it looks great much easier than tiling and as good in my opinion

It's a pity, that when you buy wall panels in the Grey Marble, and have the shower kit, also in Grey Marble, they do not look anything like each other. Perhaps you should warn people, that when it says Grey Marble, they mean completely different things. As I was away when this was fitted, you can imagine the surprise when I got back

Good material have had about 6 or 7 deliveries always some damages don't know if it's carriers throwing boxes

we bough the wall cladding for the bathroom ,we are really pleased with the way it looks and how easy it was to fit. we would recomed you try it yourself it wasnt as expensive as we thought it might be. we are extremely happy with it.

Looking to buy cladding that was within my budget and I found this company. Great cladding, great price and next day delivery, what more could you ask. As I have another order lined up,hopefully, that will show my confidence in this firm. Will recommend to everyone.

Phoned to ask a few questions to make sure that I would ordwer enough panels, glue etc. Very helpful, placed order and recieved it a few days later. It's now up on the shower wall - fantasticd

Order 40 lengths of cladding which came in cardboard boxes. The boxes looked fine but all the lengths in one box had damage to the edges would normally send back for replacement but didn't want to wait and was able to cut the damage sections out as not all pieces were required to be full length. The cladding apart from the damage was easy to fit using the adhesive supplied and looks great.

This company is second to none. Ordered wall and ceiling boards on Tuesday afternoon arrived Thursday 10:00hrs. All item were very well packaged. All items are excellently priced What more can I say except WELL DONE

We were very pleased to be able to get the cladding delivered to our door even though we live in the Outer Hebrides. On the hole the experience was a pleasant and hassle free. Our only problem was that despite asking that our forwarding address be put on the package as well as the delivery address of the courier that would bring it over to the islands no forwarding address was put on the package. It reached Inverness ok on 27.7.2014 and they knew it had to come over to Lewis but when it reached Lewis there was no name or address on it so it sat in their depot for 2 days until I rang and said have you got a parcel for me!!!!! The package was slightly damaged and there was a hole right through one of the pieces but it doesn't matter as the planks are too long and we will be able to cut that piece off, Some of the edges were damaged and one or two of the corners are chipped, so I would suggest that if packages have long journeys they could be packed a little better. And please put a forwarding name and address on parcels if they are being delivered by a third party courier!!!. Otherwise thank you for an excellent service.

I was pleasantly impressed with the way my order was processed and despatched. It arrived within 2 days of the placing the order. The product was quite well packed but even so I had 2 damaged corner trims and 3 damaged panels out of 33 ordered. I think this may have been due to panels, skirting board and trims being packed into standard sized cardboard boxes made for panels only. Luckily the damage was limited to within 0.5m of the panel ends and as I only required 2m lengths I was able to use them. If I had required longer lengths I would have had issues.

First time have used celplas, prices good and product very nice, however, i had over £500 worth of product delivered in 6 packages, basically packaging was a taped cardboard box...resulting in several shhets being puctured during transit by couriers, (TNT). If a few extra layers of cardboard were added this would certainly help!! The packaging is the only thing that makes me re think any further orders.
