The tradesman that was undertaking the work on my bathroom was delayed starting the work and when we opened the panels 3 of the panels were damaged as it happened I had ordered too much but it would have been a disaster if I hadn't otherwise good quality looks nice and prompt delivery

productuct looks great - but it is almost impossible to attach anything to the wall (e.g. shower bracket) as it is quite fragile

Order process and website were very clear however even though I ordered before 10.00am my order did not arrive for 2 days which was the only disappointing side to the process.

Ordered online, everything went fine. Competitive price. Added to notes I would like wrapping to store outside one night. Phone call next day, this was way to complicated for them to achieve. Gave me a load of bull about how it must not be stored outside. Didnt know I had ordered a tonn of sugar loose. Then I asked when this would be delivered as I had put to come to site. She said anytime up to 6pm (site would be empty from 5). She then said for £20 I could have delivered before 12pm, even though I had already paid £ 10. £30 for some plastic panels. Just do yourself a favour and order from a local builders merchant. Might be £ 10 more but customer service and delivery service is priceleess.

Delivery very quick, but packaging needs looking at, as both sheets of PVC shower panels that I recently purchased were damaged along the finished face. Luckily I had to trim both sheets to size and so the damage was removed. I did take a photo of the damage to the second sheet that I bought as evidence if required. Panels easy to cut and install. Installation video on website worth watching before installing panels.
