A good ordering experience with a user friendly web site. the carrier they used tried to deliver on Monday but I did not know they were coming so was not in to sign for parcels. They left card and I rearranged delivery for Wednesday (the earliest day offered) and they tried again on Tuesday and left another card. Several phone calls later they did leave it on Wednesday but all in all spoilt the online buying experience.

Item ordered and paid for is our if stock so a cheap substitute was sent?!!! Other items sent in wrong colour!!! Silver tape on ceiling cladding is tacky and filled with air bubbles!!! Not happy!!!!!

The website was very helpfull and placing an order was easy. I discover afterwards that I needed something else and contacted the firm by email. As soon as the office opened, they contacted me and were very helpfull. The order arrived the following day! Unfortunately a few panels were slightly damaged, but replacements were send the same day. The office staff were a pleasure to deal with.

whish that we were informed that shower panels where not 100% compatible with 250mm wall panels, after some trimming the grove they fitted but still a little proud also there is a slight differencein the finish.

Found this product and Company on Google and the product is excellent to use and easy to install for 1 person. Good service quick turn around of orders and helpful advice and samples. Packing and delivery first class. Only reservation was a small one in that I also ordered the screw fixings and they sent me the wrong size because they were out of stock of mine. A phone call or email to this effect would have been better service otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.

We have used this company twice and have found the products to be of good quality. Service and communication was brilliant. Although we live in the far north of Scotland,delivery was within three days and unlike some companies, we were not penalised by delivery costs because of where we live. Would certainly use again and recommend. DB.

Ordered wall panels and accessories, delivered next day. Panels look absolutely stunning... much better than tiles. Needed to order more panels as we were a few short. Telephoned Celplas and staff were very helpful taking time to trace original order so that additional panels were delivered from same batch. Order received next day. Would certainly recommend this company.

Good product and service mate

having tiled many bathrooms in the past I decided to try the cladding I had seen on ebay. I sent off for samples and was pleasantly surprised how neat it looked. I had my bathroom to refurbish so if it wasn't up to the job I could only blame myself! It did not take too long to see the results as I progressed, it was simple to install, quick, light and very little mess. Unlike wet tiling with mixing glue and grout cleaning grinding etc. The finished product was brilliant and I have a very happy wife who hates any mess. So its a win win for me!

I ordered UPVC ceiling cladding unfortunately the first delivery was quite badly damaged, nothing to do with Celplas I'm sure, and everything to do with the delivery company, I phoned that day and received a new delivery in two working days time, this time it was perfect. The cladding was up and finished that afternoon. Delivery was good it arrived at 0930pm, the product was easy to use and the finish, we have white PVC with silver trim looks great on a lowered kitchen ceiling with spot lights. This is a fairly cheap but effective way of lowering a ceiling and giving it a nice finish with a bit of character and very little mess.
