United Kingdom | 17 February 2025I spoke to them over the phone and explained all my requirements - i wanted to build a PC around the new 5090 Nvidia Graphics card that was being released. Having received their suggested spec - I went ahead and ordered. The following week the machine arrived. But completely DOA - wouldn't boot to a monitor at all. I spoke with them and went through about 3 hours worth of checks and tests which by the end of I had uninstalled the Graphics card and the RAM and rebooted the CMOS. Leaving me to effectively rebuild it all myself. After that it started - but crashed about 4 times over the next 5 days and the CPU was running at 95-100 Degrees C under load - causing me to keep restarting the CMOS, re-installing all my drivers etc (again as directed by customer support). they also asked me to run 3 hours worth of diagnostics where the machine couldn't be used, and there were no logs, so I had to just sit and monitor the screen the whole time. By last Friday I was being told the only option was to return it to base for then to run tests etc - but by now it is integrated into my workflow - and losing it would mean having to re-organise the work I am doing significantly. So I reached out to a friend who build machines in the States and asked for help. As soon as I showed him the case, he knew what was up... System was built incorrectly in a number of areas 1) Although the liquid cooling Fan system was installed to the top of the case, a solid case top was installed preventing the fans from working as they had nowhere to draw the air outwards. 2) The GPU Cooler had been flipped thus bringing air into the machine, over the radiator and across the cpu - so increasing the heat inside. 3) The bios hadn't had the Memory Context set to enabled, meaning a 6 minute plus bios memory test on every startup before enabling video out - which is probably the main cause of the first issues where no screen was showing up. 4) The heat inside the unit (it was showing 95-100 degrees on the cpu under load) was probably responsible for the sudden graphics card shutdowns No cooling fans positioned in the bottom of the machine to draw fresh air into the system through the dust mesh - so forcing us to reverse the rear fan as the only mechanism to draw air into the pc. But causing a dust issue for the future in the process. When I went back to them asking for compensation as i have pretty much ended up rebuilding the entire machine myself, and lost hours and hours of time solving the problems, they offered me a free keyboard or mouse... Steer clear - their builders clearly have no clue what they are doing - avoid avoid avoid.

Customer services were great in confirming it could be shipped earlier. Absolutely over the moon with the new computer, fast build and delivery, would reccomand to anyone any day

United Kingdom | 15 February 2025Overall a very good experience! This was my first time ordering a gaming pc and CyberPower has most of the specs I was looking for. It was shipped within 2 days of placing the order which was faster than I was expecting but not the ‘expected shipping date’ stated on the website. It arrived with a set up guide I found very useful with it being my first PC purchase. Their testing phase could have been better as it arrived with a loose clip in the button of the case and a part rattling off the graphics card fans when running, however this was a quick fix after taking off the side panel and repositioning it. The set up reaches 120 fps on the Monster Hunter Wilds benchmark so I’m loving its performance and can’t wait to see how it does at release. Overall I’m really happy with my purchase and would recommend CyberPower to anyone thinking of getting a PC!

United Kingdom | 13 February 2025Ordered a pc from them, Received it today... Not even close to what the picture showed... In the photo, it had a decent ATX full size motherboard.. I received the PC with a cheapy little Micro ATX Board installed.... The photo also showed some decent RAM, with the metal heat sinks on..... What i received was bare green PCB Basic RAM.... Photo showed some square styled RGB Fans.. It just came with basic RGB Fans.. (not a big deal, but still)... Power Supply is a Knock-off cheapo brand one.. (Cant even see a brand name on it).... Rang them up, and just got messed about on the phone... Saying it isnt their fault..... Its your PC?!?!?! paid £1400 for it.... Dreadful... Already spent out another £300 in the same evening, Buying a decent motherboard, RAM and Power supply for it... WILL NOT be buying from them again...

United Kingdom | 12 February 2025AVOID - REPORTED SCAM I tried to purchase a 4K gaming PC, for 3 times I placed the order and for 3 times they cancelled the order stating their security provider flagged the transaction as possibly fraudulent. Get better, they refunded the money all 3 times and on the order status it showed orders as "Invalid" I.E. cancelled. They kept pushing me to "MAKE THEM A BANK TRANSFER" which I obviously declined as being unsafe. 2 days later, they took over £4000 from my bank account and the order in their website still showing as cancelled. Not only was the money taken without authorisation but there is no active orders. Any legitimate seller that won't accept your visa/master card PROTECTED transaction and keeps pushing for a BANK TRANSFER raises serious flags. Obviously reported. AVOID

Pc game with a dodgy fan controller, couldn’t use remote provided to change the rgb, then the computer was in a cycle of wanting to do the same windows update and icing on top no longer outputting to a display. When I asked for help I was told to unplug things from the controller (instead of them working like intended) AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My last PC from them was 11 years ago - yes, it's still working - and asking basic questions and getting very patient answers helped me enormously in choosing the components I need for my new PC AND I have just now received notification my order is on its way - 6 days early!
