The online process to select and build the PC was easy and informative - calling customer support to clarify a few things was quick and easy. The machine arrived in good time and was well packed. Unfortunately there was an issue with it which meant it had to be returned for a fix - this was done without fuss and the turnaround time was quick - no issues since and i'd happily have confidence to purchase again.

Great customer service, cheapest price I could find, was cheaper than sourcing the parts myself. Paid for Saturday delivery, courier didn't deliver, so contacted CyberPower and they refunded the delivery cost. Would buy from again.

I had an issue with the DPD delivery but CyberpowerPC reacted promptly and rescheduled the delivery very quickly. Many thanks to Dave and Jacob.

During Black Friday, I bought a pc, and I was unsure at first, because it is my first powerful PC (so to say). I did research on almost every component the PC had, and looked at other people buying PCs from cyberpower. Everything went fine, I got a monster PC, excellent service and I could not be happier. Awful company and even worse customer service! Lose your items worth hundreds of pounds and then refuse to refund or replace until their never ending investigation is complete, which the change the timescale of depending on their mood it seems. They then state they will never refund. No understanding of business or law. An utter disgrace and ruined Xmas for a severely autistic child and left him without his means of schooling. Absolutely no care.

Update: i have received my system and sorted everything i needed on time, after a little delay the customer service given to me was on point to make sure i get my system before i needed to fly out. Thanks a lot and sincere apologies for being a little difficult, just needed it before i go. thank you guys. Shout out to Alan!

Really happy with everything to do with my purchase . Haven't felt the need to doom scroll looking for something else to make me wish I had bought that instead. Honestly everything went smoothly and for the 1st time ever I can praise the delivery company because they did things properly and found a neighbour to leave my parcel with and left a note to let me know. Big 😀 from me .

The Laptop I ordered came quickly, worked wonderfully, and hasn't had any issues. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking a new PC.

Got lied to and messed around with the pricing abit so not to happy with that but in terms of helping me fully customise and find the right pc for me the guys in discord were amazing. The actual communication from the company themselves is pretty poor and had a few problems through the whole deciding what I want process but all in all wasn’t too bad just would be a bit careful about what you get told in terms of pricing. 👍

Don’t know why your asking for a review I’ve not had an update on where my pc is in 10 days

Had my pc for three years first two months it stopped working. To this day it sits in my loft. Never buying from this company again.

Arrived a couple of days later than estimated due to the Christmas rush which is understandable, but absolutely cannot complain. The PC looks amazing and runs really well. Very reasonably priced and easy to set up. Tracker is very useful and explains what happens at each stage of the process, and gives an estimate of how long each step takes. I look forward to getting used to my first gaming PC.
