Order was delivered in under 24 hours and to perfect specification. Packaging was superb and absolutely over the moon with my PC!

I am unable to do much with my PC due to the fact that the WiFi dongle that was provided is absolutely useless. My phone has full signal just upstairs from the router but the pc keeps connecting and disconnecting. Yes I have restarted the router and adapter. I am going to get a dongle which can reach signals better than my toaster. If that works, then I will review it after I use it.

The website was great to use and very simple. I picked the nearest PC to what I wanted then just went down the list of alternative choices. It arrived early in the morning the day after the shipping date. I quickly had it up and running, checked, a few tests and games installed. Everything is spot on, all I expected with no hassle or issues.

Good communication, when the order moved to a new stage. Also very clear outline of order to assembly to shipping on the website, with good explanations available for each stage as well.

(I'd say it's more 3.5 stars but I can't leave a half star) - I ordered my first pre-built PC from them back in 2018 and had no issues with the PC at all, this was a lot cheaper than the most recent PC I purchased though. With this in mind, I bought my new pre-built PC from them a month ago and was monitoring temps etc just to make sure everything is running as intended (like most PC owners do). As my title states, the reason the rating is 3 stars is due to the customer service rather than the PC itself. I noticed the SSD was reaching temps as high as 96 degrees across multiple temp monitoring software's. I contacted them for advice on this and the representative I spoke to said "oh nobody ever checks temps for SSD's, just wait and see if something goes wrong". After confirming through my own independent research that this was definitely not normal and should not be ignored, I got back in touch but via email this time. This time they agreed it's alarming and to replace the SSD. It was supposed to be a smooth swap with the courier, them taking the old SSD and providing me the new one. After I completed the form for the returns I rung up the customer service asking if a new installation of Windows will be provided alongside the SSD. The agent confirms that this will be done as with all SSD swaps. The next day the SSD shows up but without any USB despite me reminding them. I am now without a PC for 3 days due to this while I wait for the windows USB to be delivered separately, which may not seem like a big deal to some but a lot of my life revolves around my computer (work/personal). On top of this, I asked if SSD screws will be sent alongside the SSD as I didn't have any with the original order. This was forgotten as well. As I said, the PC has been running well but just the customer service was a bit poor. I get that we all make mistakes but being told to just ignore temp issues and forgetting multiple things making this expensive purchase unusable for multiple days was frustrating.
