Ordered a pre built, so the PC came the following day, which impressed me as it was Christmas week. I was E-mailed at every stage updating me what was happening with my order. PC came very well packed with expanding foam to protect the GPU in transit, a very nice touch. The system itself worked out of the box with most drivers updated, the only thing that would have made this a perfect order would be the inclusion of the manual for the motherboard in the box.

I purchased a system from CyberPower on 11/01/25. I managed to turn it on once and the second time it was bricked to a blue screen. I had to fill out a short RMA form and then picked it up 21/01/25 and completed the necessary repairs. I have now received it back on 24/01/25 and it is working perfectly. Their communication and speed of resolving it is just incredible, just 3 days and I have it back. Their customer service to second to none! Would definitely recommend them to anyone! :) They also have by far the clearest and nicest way of what you want to be in your build, by far the best out there. EDIT: The PC is now refusing to startup after the screen went a dark cream colour. I have tried it on two different monitors with two different cables. The windows auto repair cannot do anything. I did the sfc /scannow in the cmd through the auto repair, it said it found corrupted files and fixed them on restart. I tried that and the computer does not want to start up at all. Just one big headache and Ive only had the system for 1 month....

I really liked that a UK customer service person was always available. Firstly to help in choosing components and secondly to get updates on the build progress. I never had to wait for more than a minute or two despite it being the busy Christmas shopping period. My PC was delivered on time, very well packaged and put together. Everything worked first time without a hitch. The emails that guide you on what to do when you first receive your PC were useful.

The team built me an awesome PC at a great price, a year later with a fault discovered on a GPU they were able to quickly replace it with no fuss or hassle, the team were excellent to deal with once again! Based on my experience with the company, I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! Five stars all day long. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect transaction from Start to finish. Arrived a day early, perfectly packed. Super easy to install my 2 m2 ssds. Superb case. Stunning looks. My one and only gripe is not having the box for the graphics card in case of selling in the future but its a small thing. Fully recommended.

My order arrived in time and earlier than expected, which I was happy to see. Unfortunately upon taking off the case cover to remove the foam, I come to find the bag for the interior had popped at a corner, and made its way into one of the fans. Now this one particular fan will remained crumb-stained and I had to use a set of tweezers to remove the chunks of foam that had come apart during removal. I just hope it hasn’t placed any unfortunate damage to the fan itself.
