Having owned a Cyberpower PC for some years it was time to upgrade. Good advice from Curtis ensured I got a decent gaming machine again. It was delivered quite quickly and is very tidy inside.

I reached out to CyberPowerPC after a recommendation on social media. I explained my uses for the PC, how many programmes I would be running at once, what spec games I would be playing on it and my budget. The team were incredibly helpful going above and beyond getting my the perfect custom build and threw in some extras being the winter sale. As I don't live far away I arrange an express build and collecting, again absolutely superb service. The PC is more than I could haven't imagined and the custom engraving is an extra special touch. Works great but on the inside of the glass panel on the side its scratched in 4 different places

Disappointed that after less than 3 months the Desktop completely failed rendering it unusable. After a couple of days to-ing and fro-ing they had it back to repair but didn’t communicate exactly what went wrong until I called and asked.

as expected the order was processed with due diligence and arrived safely. not to sure about the courier, notification of delivery was timed at 09.05 am. for a delivery between 15.09 and 16.09 the same day. fortunately I arrived back home prior to that time
