Good comuniction

Support, delivery and customer service was excellent. I phoned with a couple of questions and they were answered swiftly and efficiently. The system itself is great, works great, looks great and easy to setup. However one criticism is that 2 of the fans were not working, (one light off and the other not working at all). Turns out the plugs had come out on the control box, luckily I could see the issue but more care by quality dept should be take to make sure this does not happen, my son is autistic so that is quite difficult for him to take at the time. The actual control box is very loosely attached to the side of the case, that could be better.

Tried to sell me a pc with a cpu idling at 80°, got a refund tho it took its time, bought the same pc from a different company and its not idle at 80°.

Order and delivery of an awesome product, all pretty seamless.

I bought a pc for over £6000. It arrived and had a number of problems. Firstly the front usb ports don't work correctly. When you have say 2 hard drives connected and transfer between the 2, the whole PC slows down to the point I can't open anything else. If I do try and open anything else the pc crashes. Secondly the PC is slow using any adobe product, to the point it's unbearable. I have a 4 year old laptop that is faster and more stable. I sent it back and it was shipped back by DPD. After a week it hadn't been delivered to them and DPD said they had lost it. It was eventually found and I was told it was damaged and they would replace all the damaged parts. I refused to have them ship it back using DPD so I went to collect it. And again the above problems were not fixed. And they didn't install the correct version of windows that I bought from them. A few months went by and the pc was playing up more and more. I sent it back whilst I was on holiday. I also asked for a new Nvme raid system to be put in. It cost me over £450 for the 2 new drives. The system was meant to be returned on August 5th. I was emailing them in the 2 weeks they had it and I had a feeling they hadn't even looked at it. At the start of the second week I paid for the 2 new drives. Then on the 5th the day I asked for it to be returned they emailed me saying that they made an error and I could only fit one new hard drive. So I was told the Samsung 990pro was the best and the price is over £400 and I would be refunded the difference from the 2 drives I bought. This hasn't happened, and you can buy that drive for around £265. Anyhow I feel they had the pc for 2 weeks and only started looking at it on the day it was meant to be returned. And guess what, the pc is still slow and sluggish and the reason I got it, for video editing a potato would be faster and more reliable. I can't open 2 programs at once with fear that it will crash. It takes a life time to boot up, the new drive scans pretty fast, but editing from it is a joke. And the fact they added on almost £200 to the price is another joke. To say I'm not happy is an understatement. I've basically paid £6000 for a PC that is slower and more sluggish then my 4 year old laptop. I'm currently looking at taking this to trading standards as there is clearly something wrong with this PC, but I feel the company doesn't give a hoot.

Easy to use drop down menus make choosing components simple. The Cyber team do all the hard work and checks for you. If you have the money to spend, then this is a great option if you don't have the time to build yourself.

Great service, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions for the purchase of my sons first gaming pc. Ordered at 1.50pm, arrived 10.00am the next morning. Not set il yet as it’s a birthday gift but so far so good 👍

I couldn't figure out how to set it up or what the parts were for that were left over but once got in touch with Cyberpower directly they were great and flagged where I needed to look. Great follow up too.

Took two weeks and it was shipped on the date they said it would be and came fully protected. Love my new pc and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
