I was looking for a new Gaming PC and for once I had the money but not the time to build my own so I did my research and chose CyberPowerPC to build my rig. I had an old RTX3090 that I wanted to re-use so had them build them with the "own GPU" option. I told them which one I had when I ordered and when it was delivered (earlier than I had expected for a standard build) I was pleasantly surprised to see that not only had they prepared the space (removing blanking plates etc.) they had also prepared the two power connnectors (8pin) that I needed for my old GPU. So full marks to CyberPowerPC's UK operation.

Great service, from initial order to powering up the laptop at home was only 8 days. The machine worked straight out of the box, plenty of life in the battery. The laptop was well packaged in stout boxes.

There was a slight issue with the configuration of my PC, whilst it wasn't a major issue, the guys took their time to make me aware, explain the issue to me and offer different options to resolution. The PC also arrived earlier than expected, all in all a great experience!

The competition keeps getting better but cp still has some of the best deals out there. Great service, advisers actually know the products they sell [try that at the supermarket!] delivery updates excellent. Tempted by their Costco deals I'm glad I went online to CP direct. Repeat customer since mid-2000/10s. Hopefully will keep coming back.
