Avoid at all costs!! Received a laptop unit sold as 'new', no screen protective cover to peel off, the touchpad suspiciously looked like it had been used before. On the first day, blue screen of death. Spent a couple of days working on why I was getting a memory error report on shutdown, managed to resolve that with a registry check and repair in DOS. Go to do a windows reinstall and Windows can't find a hard drive to install on. CP took an extra day collecting it!! It has been sent back less than two weeks from delivery. Now been given pathetic non unit related reasons why they won't replace said unit. Claiming my money back through VISA. Don't get ripped off by this merchant!! This is the second laptop in less than a year from CP, very very poor performance...

I emailed customer service asking for advice about getting my son a great gaming pc. Jacob invited me to send a list of specifications and promptly sent me several different potential designs at different price-points. He patiently responded to my queries in a friendly manner. When my lad's PC arrived, delivery was faultless and the PC is fantastic! The whole experience was remarkably friendly and efficient! Thanks so much!

I ordered an expensive PC. When it was delivered, DPD said did I have a code. No code was ever given to me so they took the PC away. When I called CP they said I would have to reorder a new PC. I explained I didn't have another £2k lying around so I would need the refund. They said they couldn't refund me until they had the unit back and checked it over. I explained I had never had the PC so please give the refund. In the end it took 10 days to get the refund which was incredibly annoying. They said it wasn't their fault that dpd had the wrong details and blamed Paypal. The whole experience was incredibly irritating and frankly the service was poor throughout. I bought through another company in the end. Imagine telling me to order another PC when they didn't say they could correct what went wrong in the first place and didn't give me my money back immediately!! Shambles

Payed for delivery for 12:30 its now 5pm and iv still not received it
