The PC I bought about three and a half years ago was really good and their communication about the delay for the graphics card I wanted was appreciated (this was during post covid shortages). But much more importantly, recently my computer started to hang soon after starting up. Their support diagnosed the problem and got it working again. The replies to my emails were always prompt and I was very impressed with the support I received. They provide a 5 year guarantee and unlimited support for the lifetime of the computer. This machine is great. Purchase and delivery was simple and straightforward. I have been out of the serious PC game for 10 years or so now so I wanted something that would run everything and fit in with my lifestyle too. The case looks great with wood grills in the front and tasteful lighting on the liquid cooling fans and chip cooling heat exchanger. Fits nicely in my lounge and does not look jarring. The machine is fast. Very fast. Instant start up. I have been running fairly high power games into my 4K Tv and sound system it has not missed a beat. Highly recommended.

The way the website is setup very well especially in the custom pc section how it tells you if part doesn’t work with another (graphics card doesn’t work with current motherboard) and the period after purchase was very good on keeping me updated on my pc’s whereabouts and being able to tell what each thing is doing and the prices are very good compared to some other websites I’ve looked at all round very good shopping and exited for my new pc

Had an issue with deliveries but they worked hard to fix it and I got an amazing PC in the end!

Great speedy service however they completely forgot to connect the power cable to my second hard drive, something that I hadn't considered a possibility. I would have expected them to ensure all drives were visible in the OS before despatch.

The team at Cyberpower PC are amazing. They put together a custom build for me with specs I gave them. The whole process was seamless and my pc arrive way earlier then expected.
