I was helping a colleague with a last-minute storage project. We needed bulky furniture picked up on a specific date/time and there wasn't any flexibility. Livible to the rescue! I called in to customer service and William helped me set up the pick-up that met the time restrictions. Tony and crew picked up the items and I didn't have to worry about it while I took care of some other details with this move. They were professional, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend using Livible for storage needs because it's a smooth process and you don't have to coordinate moving labor, vehicle, etc. They take care of all of it!

My experience with Elise and the entire Livible team over the past year has been one of the best customer-service experiences I've ever had. The 2 aspects that stand out most: their communication level (easy to reach, they always follow up, clear info every step of the way) and their natural desire as a company to go above and beyond. One time, I couldn't remember which boxes a few items were located in — Elise and the team were happy to dig through, send photos, and pull the items out for me! In another Livible move, some items arrived broken in their boxes. Without even having the chance to tell Livible customer service, the moving team alerted Elise first and SHE reached out to ME, offering to help remedy the situation. Excellent experience with our office move

First time using Livible and couldn't be more thrilled. Free pick up and drop off sounded too good to be true, but it is! Our beauty salon had to be completely cleared out for seismic retrofit work. Livible (Abdul and his team) were very professional, worked quickly and efficiently, managed heavy equipment with care, even helped with shrink wrapping. They truly made the move stress free. So very professional, just the best experience ever. They text me to confirm and give me a ETA when in my neighborhood. The delivery guys work as a team, nice and efficient. They took pictures to log/scan my items that I can even see on-line. It is so budget friendly I couldn't believe it. I told my roommate it was literally a dollar per item, and she will book it too next month since she just bought a condo in Quincy. A blessing to find a honest and simple company like this. Awesome service, signup and then later the scheduled pickup by Terry and Terric took just minutes and now there is all this space where before there was a stack of boxes.

It is super easy! They arrived on time both times (pick up and delivery) and I didn't need to worry about anything.

I would highly recommend Livible for anyone looking to move and store their furniture. They are organized and quick and you get to track your packages through their app which is convenient.

It's unfortunate that one can only give a 5 star review, because our experience with Livible deserves twice that. First and foremost, Terry, Jaylin, Terri, Sou, Jonathon and Darren were the most polite, gracious and hard working group of men one could have hoped for. To the man, they were gentlemen, friendly and cheerful. Maintaining those qualities while carrying out back-breaking work can't be easy, but they made it seem so. Every facet of the Livible experience was top notch—from communicating about the arrival time (they were actually early) to the care with which they handled our belongings, and the speed with which they completed the job, everything was far better than we had hoped or expected. I highly recommend Livible, and in particular Terry, Jaylin, Terri, Sou, Jonathon and Darren. You won't find more professional, courteous or careful movers on this planet, or any other.
