5 person crew (Devon, Tony, Sou & Travis were amazing. They did it all, wrapped everything in plastic wrap to protect, then packed into truck with blankets to keep items from shifting. I had a 10' x 15' unit packed full from a quick move from out of state, so things weren't as sorted as they could have been. The crew did it all, even helping to sweep out the storage unit. Would highly recommend this to anyone currently using a regular storage facility and want quick and easy access to their items, as well as a process to help sell some of your items too.Use them! You won't be disappointed.

I have plenty of experience with moving companies with my now 17 years of moving all over the east coast. I have to say without reservation that Livible is the easiest and most pleasant experience I have had when it comes to the logistics of a move. The men that work for this company are among the most professional, friendly people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Carlton, Kevin, Sharonn, Nate, and Isaiah were so mindful about my stuff and the buildings they were moving me out of and in to. I was impressed at how efficient and how sweet these gentlemen were. They are truly an asset gem to Livible. In addition, the company makes it almost too easy to move and store everything. Their scanning system and phone app are genius. I can’t say enough good things about this company. It is a must-hire for moving and storage.

Was so simple to have my boxes picked up and stored offsite. Livible movers Terry and Jet were polite, fast and friendly. They even provided me free packing tape. Would recommend Livible highly if you need mobile storage.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE - EFFICIENT- WELL ORGANIZED We had a LOT of items to place in storage. The team that came to assist in the move moved quickly. The labeling system to mark each item that was moved and placed in storage was impressive. Once in storage we could check as a reminder what we had in storage as often as we needed with their app. When it was time to move to our new apartment we could actually select the specific items we wanted to remove from storage for the new apartment and what items we wanted to keep in our storage space in advance of the move, that was SO useful- it saved us from sorting through our belongings again. Everything they delivered were items WE wanted. We even sent a few items back and they were gracious about just placing them back in our storage unit- their willingness to work with our miscalculation of apt. space was MUCH appreciated. Wish I had used them when our kids were in COLLEGE - IDEAL storage answer for the student, and/or new to apartment living when one has any type of gap in living between apartments, going on sabbatical, abroad for a semester-

I must say they are the best pick up and delivery service in Boston. Extremely affordable and high quality service. I have never written a review before but felt Livible deserves for their amazing service. I had a broken mirror and they refunded the asked amount to me within a day. Will definitely recommend Livible to anyone who needs storage service.

I think that this company has a terrific idea. I really like that they only charge you for the amount of items that you store. If you have a few items you don't need to rent a space larger than what you need. I really like that they come and pick up the items that you have for storage and will deliver them to you, even if it is in a different location. There is no renting a truck! They provide very prompt answers to your questions both by phone and email. The delivery trucks and drivers are very neat and clean and the drivers friendly and polite. I also like that not only do they send out a reminder email the day before, but they also send a text on the day of delivery to provide a more accurate arrival time than the 1 hour window that they provide. Great company!!

Unfortunately, when I received my items upon delivery, many of my items were broken :-( I had a very expensive lamp absolutely shattered.

The employees who delivered my things were always very nice and accommodating. They were very fast and none of my stuff came broken or missing so I would say over all it was great to work with them!

The people who picked up my things dropped one of my boxes in June and when I got them back in September 3 of my glass cups were broken. One of the delivery drivers was commenting on my “beautiful skin” and made me feel uncomfortable.

I enjoyed my experience immensely with Livible. It was very easy to change my delivery da,y when needed and most importantly all of my things were brought back the same way when I last saw them.
