You have no say as to how they distribute your belongings. I booked the smallest size with the understanding my items could be stacked. Instead I was triple charged as my items were spread out all over a much larger space. Over $300 a month and I'd lived in studio apartments for years. They also lost several of my boxes and my furniture was filthy, like hard to clean filthy.

Great service in Boston. We stored our stuff for the last year but are moving to NY at the end of the month. I called in last week and spoke to Andrew in their office who helped walk me though how to schedule my delivery in the app. My delivery appointment was today. A team of 3 movers brought all our things up to our 5th floor apartment and had me inspect everything before leaving. They pulled up in a new looking blue truck and all the movers had the same uniform and even ID badges which was nice to see. As far as storage and moving companies go Livible is a great service and very user friendly.

The folks at Livible are simply put. . .the best. I've been working with them since they were a small company called "Fetch". They are reliable, helpful, honest, and just plain nice. They have taken good care of my stuff for two years. Their website is easy to use, and when I decided I wanted to sell a couple of rugs, they got the rugs out of storage, photographed and measured them, posted them to Offerup for me, and delivered them to the buyer! After working with these guys, I can't even imagine lugging stuff to and from a storage locker set up! Thanks, guys. I'll use your services again!

I would highly recommend Livible. Pat, Kevin, and Isaiah showed up right on time, and were very efficient and kind. I got texts about their plans and itinerary a day before and 20 mins before their arrival, so I could plan ahead.

The guys were a little bit early to the appointment, but they texted ahead of time so everything worked out! They were happy to bring my stuff to my room which I really appreciated! Definitely one of the better move in experiences I’ve had, so 5/5.

Travis and Terry just left my place and they couldn't be more friendly and professional. They packed my items in a timely fashion and were cracking jokes the entire time. It was a very pleasant experience and definitely made the stress of moving out a lot easier. I would definitely recommend this service.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! Great business model! By far the easiest way to to move and store your items. Josh and Tyler were awesome! Friendly and professional. And the total cost was less than the estimate they gave. Saved us from back pain and a day of sweating and moving boxes and cursing yourself for not getting rid of stuff sooner. A+ company! My movers Travis and sou were excellent! Did a great job wrapping making sure all the items that I wanted picked were picked up. Very nice and polite and very efficient in their tasks. Highly recommend livible and would 100% use again. I would also try to schedule Travis and sou for all my pick ups.

Great moving company. Crew was on time, respectful, courteous, wrapped things up nicely and were easy to work with. Given that we had underestimated the amount of stuff we had I very much appreciated them working later than expected to get everything stored. Highly recommend.
